After looking at the website and following numerous used BMW's that were being brought into the lot, I had my eye on one in particular, and decided to go in that day to purchase. Alex was on vacation that week, however, the sales manager sent Joe Coleman to help us with our purchase. From the test drive (2nd time), to the negotiations, all the way to the cleaning of the vehicle, Joe delivered top notch service. He is definitely a great salesman, plus he is absolutely hysterical and kept us laughing even weeks after the sale. Everyone that we have encountered at Athens BMW have been very professional and represented the brand very well. He accompanied me on a test drive and showed me the ropes. Rick and Alex were always very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, I have experience with the service department from my previous BMW and I can testify that they too are great. Have never had an issue. More
