Then had to come back the day after for my car to be washed again and detailed, only to find the wash was again not done properly and the items on the ARRIGO Protection Advantage Plan was only partially completed, had words with detailer, how after spending over $50,000 on a brand new vehicle, it should be cleaned and presented with exceptional service, not a half as wash job, I did apologize for my anger and frustration, I felt very bad for my sales guy Uneque Cromer he tried so hard to make it right , he was even disappointed and embarrassed in the quality of care that the detailing department made, Uneque went out of his way to make it right, before I left. Finally I was satisfied with the end result. More
