This is my second car purchase at Armory Garage. I am very impressed with the customer service. This is the second vehicle that Kyle has sold to me. My fiancé called Kyle when he found out that I was in very impressed with the customer service. This is the second vehicle that Kyle has sold to me. My fiancé called Kyle when he found out that I was interested in the brand new dodge darts. Kyle called me and we discussed exactly what I was looking for. He stated that if he didn't have it, he would find it for me. We drove down to Albany a few days later and I found exactly what I was looking for, we took it for a test drive, and I fell in Love. I will definitely be returning to Armory Garage for all my future car purchase. More
Bought 2 Jeep Liberty $45000.00 Total. They tryed to sell me a car with Bald Tires i caught it but dint see the Paint Bubbling on the bumper. They will not repair it. Car pulls right and steering wheel shakes on Hyway. Second car with just 8000 miles has Heat and AC problems. They claim these cars are Certified what a CROCK all they do to them is Detail them. Be very LEARY of this place. More

I contacted John Taylor after being extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at a competing dealership. Within a couple hours, John had located a vehicle for me at an excellent price and explained all the details in a very clear and concise manner. After spending 2 weeks with another dealer attempting to even locate a suitable vehicle, John and Brendan had me out the door in a new Jeep the day after I contacted them. I will highly recommend Armory, John, and Brendan to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

This was my first experience with Armory Garage and my first experience at buying a car through communicating via the internet. I was very skeptical re approaching such an important transaction this way, but after years of pretty much vexing experiences, the last and worse of which was with Orange Motors , trying to lease a Mazda for my Mother in Law , I was ready to try it...Just an aside ,but the folks at Orange actually tried to pull a bait and switch with me ...My God it's 2013 guys. That won't work with today's consumers. In any event , I have owed two Grand Cherokees ( my current one is a 2002 ) and really like them . I had done lots of research , so I knew I wanted a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited . But , having an 11 yr old model to trade is tough, even though it was in good shape. I was looking for a "fair" trade number and a "very good" deal vis a vie a discount on the new car. I sent an email to Armory Garage and Ron Usenza at Armory responded. I have to say in my 45 years of buying and leasing cars, dealing with Ron and Armory was my best experience by far. Ron and I communicated for over a month via email and during that entire time and a number of email exchanges, he was consistently professional ,positive and made me feel he honestly wanted to meet my needs and earn my business... He was very helpful also in sending me information re Armory's inventory of new Grand Cherokees and the various financing options being offered. I never felt pressured ,or that he was becoming disinterested in trying to meet my needs re trade value and price discount. Ron was always reasonable and positive and that is the key in any transaction ,as far as I am concerned. I sent Ron an email note re a particular Limited and indicated what I needed to make a purchase and within that day he responded in clear straightforward language that we could finalize the purchase. I must admit after my recent experience at Orange , I fully expected that when I arrived at the dealership, they would inform me that something came up and the car would be an additional $ 5 to 800 more ,or something like that. That was not the case.. Ron and Armory stood by what he had emailed me and we had a deal. I actually picked up the car the next day. And Ron's great attitude and customer friendly approach didn't end when they had my check. When I came to the dealership to get the new car , Ron took plenty of time to explain the many new features in the car, especially the electronics / computer features ,which to folks my age ,are not at all "intuitive" , like they might be to my adult kids...Ron is a true gentleman and a professional and really cares about customer service. I totally recommend Ron and Armory to those interested in getting a really decent and fair deal, and being treated as a valued customer... More
Very upfront with a small ding in the truck when I first started looking at it, I had noticed it prior but started things off on the right foot. Longest test drive I had taken, not so pushy asking if I liked the truck as soon as I sat down. Very friendly and seemed to have no issues taking time showing me the options in it. Worked with me on the price, which was great (everyone thinks they can do better, but knowing they are in it to make money too I thought it was fair). Kyle clearly likes Ram even showing off his own. LOVE my truck, will definitely go back to Armory again in the future. More
Overall experience was excellent with Armory and I liked Paul McGrath, my salesman, he was great, however, I wish I would have been shown where the service department was and where to go for service. In addition, I wish the scratch on the spoiler would have been taken care of as well, but understand that it is a used vehicle and purchasing as is. Over the years we have purchased 5 or 6 new cars from various dealerships and I have to say that this experience was the best ever. Harry is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. He is not pushy at all, and was able to answer any and all questions that we had. When we came back to pick up the car, it was actually READY when we got there and Harry had all paperwork ready to go. We were in and out in no time. He demonstrated all features of the Patriot (and was patient in doing so), and set up my phone so I was good to go. Price of car was good the team worked hard to get the numbers where I wanted them! Had seen the car in the body shop and was told it was going to look great everything would be taken care of. On the day of delivery had several issues roof was not sanded or painted, drivers door would not shut all of the way and a twelve inch scuff mark that looks like just needs a buffing. They said it would be on us to fix those things. Kyle and ultimately Joe took care of the biggest issues and at that point I was very disappointed. A scuff mark on a new vehicle is bad for word of mouth advertisement first thing people point out is that scuff and when the story plays out the other person always says it won't even cost them anything other then the cost of running the buffer! On top of that the previous owner had a dog and the the detail department hastily gave it a once over and there was still dog hair and a funny smell which we took care of. Overall price was great in fact it was dead on! face to face customer service dead on where it needed to be. Just hard pressed to tell people it was a GREAT experience with the hassle to get major issues addressed and then to not have a minor problem like a buff resolved. Highly satisfied customers are proven to spend upwards of 42% more on the next purchase gentleman! More
