Our Service Director Sean O’Keefe contacted Mr.Hartmann and agreed to repair his rear bumper, although, I might point out, cosmetic items are not covered components in the limited warranty provided at time of sale and we know of no other dealerships that cover cosmetic items on pre-owned vehicles, brought to the attention to the dealership after the customer has taken delivery. It is my understanding that other items detailed in his complaint have already been addressed. Mr. Hartmann pointed out at delivery that he was not satisfied with the tires and they were exchanged for other ones. We appreciate Mr. Hartmann’s business.

Still Very unhappy with this dealership. My one car has a bad set of tires that dont match up as pointed out by Shawn OKeefe. They said they will not do anything about it. Said they did enough for me. If they would properly inspect the cars before selling them they wouldn't have to fix them. They just detail them then try to pass them off. I spent $45000.00 and they could care less. My advice is if you are thinking about going to this dealership bring your own mechanic to check out the car. It might cost a little but will save you in the long run. VERY UNHAPPY
