Service was prompt and fluid. We were focused on what we needed and this agent was very attentive to this and provided us with a vehicle that matched the description within a matter of seconds. We came to the showroom during a snowstorm and were greeted immediately and shown the vehicle. We arrived at a negotiated price with several extras within a matter of minutes. Financing and trade in were provided with little additional effort. We picked the vehicle up in two days. Extras had to be installed. Additionally, the agent called us at home on a saturday to ask us how we liked the vehicle. Follow up is very important to us and we appreciated this. All documents were ready to sign and we felt as if this individual was a "seasoned" salesmen. Thank you- More

I met Harry when he approached me outside after I was looking around for only a few minutes. I told him what Jeep models I was interested in and he was patient and understanding. I test drove a few Jeeps and fell in love with the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4. Harry knew his stuff, helping me decide what I did and did not need out of a Jeep. Negotiating price and payment was not overwhelming and Harry made me feel comfortable the entire time. In the end, I couldn't be more satisfied. If you're within distance and interested in a Jeep, go to Armory and ask for Harry. More
I wouldnt reccomend this dealership to my worst enemy! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! They are very sneaky and do not stick by what they say. I agreed to loan terms with my original sales associate and then was presented something totally different when I went to sign papers with the second.I didnt catch the mistake in time and am now in a loan much longer then I should be. That I apparently agreed to according to the sales manager who "remembers everything" and says I had agreed to the second set of terms. I was told my bank would be added as an option for financing and I have recieved denial letters from every bank EXCEPT my own bank, so it was clearly not even an option chosen. The sales manager was very arrogant and a real "know it all" I had to fight with them for 4+ weeks to get a second key for my vehicle, called multiple times with no return phone call even from the general manager which is just bad business practice if you ask me. I must have called twice a week checking on the status of the key. I had to bring the vehicle in for repairs and it was only 3 weeks after I purchased my "Certified vehicle" and I feel these parts(heater hoses and shifting cables) should have been noticed during the check list. I can say I did have a good experience with my sales associate Harry Roselan he did the best he could and was the only one who would return my phonecalls all the times I had to call, and the serivce department, especially Steve and Brandon, have been helpful and friendly but other then that I am not impressed and wouldnt reccomend any of my friends and family to purchase from them. Any future vehicles I purchase I will be going elsewhere. More

Walked into the RAM store on Central Ave. in Albany as a first time truck buyer. I was greeted promptly, with a smile, and a firm handshake. I could not stay long on the first visit but arranged a follow-up visit for a test drive. Two RAM 1500 pickups were warming up when I arrived for the test drives. I never felt rushed to make a decision, I called back several times with further questions on models and options and either got directly through to Kyle or he called back within a 10-15 minutes. Kyle found the vehicle I wanted and after a little negotiating, settled on a great price. The truck was delivered later that evening and Kyle went over the details throughly despite it being after 6 pm when i got there. I would highly recommend calling on this dealership and particularly ask for Kyle Ohlidal for a professional and friendly experience. More
