We just purchased our 5th Jeep from Harry. When we decided it was time for a new car, we did not even hesitate to go to Armory and ask for Harry. A couple decades ago we did have a Laredo that could not get satisfied with its transmission, and Armory kept putting in new ones until the Laredo was happy. It took 3, but the service was great. Our Grand Cherokee Overland is 12 years old and still works great. . .will be sorry to sell it. We usually don't talk to our friends and family about products and services, but we do promote Armory and tell people that it they are going to buy a Jeep (which they should, of course) they should go there and ask for Harry. Paul went above and beyond duty to help us out. Car was in garage for repair, which we were never told about. Paul searched high and low for key to vehicle. He finally was able to locate spare set so we could take test drive. We put down a deposit that night. Paul told us we should hear the next day from John Carroll. Three days later John did call, after Paul asked him to call again. John may have been off work for 1 day, not sure he was off for 3 days though There was a snow storm on the day we were to pick up the car. Due to weather conditions we came in 1 1/2 hours late. Paul was very understanding .Car .APPEARED to be ready, so all the papers were signed. We did discover a missing screw in the area where repair was made. Paul had a screw that we attached to car and away we went. To our dismay when we got to our next stop to buy a snow brush we realized not one of the tires had caps on the valve stems. This my seem little to you, but not to the parents of a 17 year old girl who will be the primary driver of the car! More

I test drove a few Jeeps and fell in love with the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4. Harry knew his stuff, helping me decide what I did and did not need out of a Jeep. Negotiating price and payment was not overwhelming and Harry made me feel comfortable the entire time. In the end, I couldn't be more satisfied.
