Got a great deal from a great salesperson and manager Dave Ramon was great. I was searching for a car that was affordable, reliable , gets good gas mileage and can fit all the things I need to haul around Dave Ramon was great. He showed me quite a few vehicles to consider and allowed me to test drive all of them. I had to get a second opinion from my father before making a deal. I never felt pressured into a sale and Dave was very easy going with all the questions from both myself and my dad. I ended up in a Civic, something way nicer than I thought I could get. I got a great deal, lower than any of the surrounding listings I found. When I learned that the vehicle only had 1 key, Joe was able to lower the price of the car even more so that I can afford to get another key made. I could not be happier. I highly recommend buying from Dave and Joe, I have already made sure all my friends and family know to check out the inventory here first. More

Can't return a phone call To make a long story short, I bought a Chrysler 200 (love it) and turned in a 2000 Ford Explorer. Christian said he would take care of turning in the plates of the Explorer and then plates disappeared. A month later received insurance bill to find I'm still paying for old car. Called dealership numerous times without getting anyone to return my calls. Spoke to "Nick" from Armory's DMV department and he stated since I was the last person to SEE the plates on the vehicle and and he hadn't see the plates on the vehicle, it was my responsibility to correct the matter. Took over two months to rotate through 6 different people (no one returning my calls) to end up with a very rude and condescending "Nick". Contacted Chrysler about the whole thing. They said that their concern was the car and not what the dealership did but the manager of sales Al Russo would contact me. Mr. Russo e-mailed me to call him. I did and he NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. Continued to pay insurance on Explorer for 2 months after I bought the Chrysler. More

Was Sold OUT From Under Me. On Thursday night made an appointment with Patricia to test drive a Charger,told her the exact one I wanted, would bringing my car in for trade in ap On Thursday night made an appointment with Patricia to test drive a Charger,told her the exact one I wanted, would bringing my car in for trade in appraisel while I test drove. She said the car would be waiting out front when I arrived. I agreed, said I would be there between 1-2pm Saturday, If I was going to be late I would call her. I arrived at 1:15pm, No white Charger was pulled up out front. Went inside, meet with Patricia, she said Ron would be with us shortly. We went outside to wait(about 10 min.) Ron came out and informed us that they had sold the car, but had a demo he would sell us. NO THANK YOU. They were quite eager for me to make the appointment, (which I was going to by the car), But they didn't have the courtesy to call me and say someone else is interested can you come in sooner. No Just sold it right out from under us. Very poor customer Service!! More
