Great Experience! I recently bought a Wrangler Unlimited from Bob Sitcer. Upon coming to the dealership I knew ahead of the time what I wanted for my trade, what I want I recently bought a Wrangler Unlimited from Bob Sitcer. Upon coming to the dealership I knew ahead of the time what I wanted for my trade, what I wanted for an interest rate and had a specific vehicle (down to color and options in mind). Without fighting them they gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade, better than what I wanted for an interest rate and had the vehicle on the lot. I didn't have to ask for anything, it was a fairly easy deal. I am pleased and happy that I bought this where because of the perks included with the purchase (I like the gas discount of course). Everywhere else I went (Lia, Goldstein, and Zappone) where all higher. My credit score was in the mid 7's and Zappone wanted to finance me at 8%. Zappone gave me a great deal on a 2 door wrangler which I traded in at Armory but when I went to Zappone to upgrade (and they knew that I had reservations about going to them based on bad service experiences after my initial Jeep purchase) they tried out right robbing me with the 8% loan. Armory got me a rate of 1.89 without asking. That is good business. Goldstein was the runner up. I think it boils down to who you get as a salesman. More

Two weeks ago I came in to test drive some vehicles as my car was finally paid off (and I was very jealous of my fiance's Jeep). There are several very friendly and helpful people at Armory but I only wanted Steve. Having worked with Steve before he remembered me and gave me the red carpet treatment again. He knew exactly what vehicle to show me, a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with the altitude package (upgraded interior, blacked out badging, the works). He hit the nail on the head but insisted I look at some other vehicles. We test drove a number of vehicles which was both fun and informative. As we walked past different vehicles Steve rattled off everything you could possibly want to know about the vehicles. I appreciate that Steve took the time to show us our other options even though he could have just stopped with the first vehicle, because I was hooked. I test drove my Jeep on a saturday filled out some paper work and picked it up on Monday. I also need to thank Ben Nyahay. The two person duo of Steve and Ben made everything so easy. Long story short I love my new Jeep (and so do all my friends and family). I wouldn't go to any other person than Steve when shopping for a car, he is professional and personable. More
Great used car buying experience Last night we stopped by to look at a used Infiniti G25X. We had just come from two other dealerships that were lacking in customer service. Not in a very optimistic mood we walked the used car lot. Dave greeted us immediately and after a few questions that were knowledgeably answered by Dave he offered us to take the car for a test drive. After the test drive we talked for a while and were treated in a professional and friendly manner. We explained that we had a lot to think about and this morning my husband contacted Dave by phone and e-mail. We were seriously interested in buying the Infiniti and Dave made it very easy for us. After having only bad experiences in the last 2-3 weeks during our car shopping (Oneonta, Queens, Connecticut, Albany) it was such a pleasant surprise that we could seal the deal by phone and I have my new car already in my garage at home in Oneonta. Highly satisfied and definitely would recommend working with Dave if you are looking for a good used car! More

Fortunately, we ended up at Armory with Mike “Beep” Horn. Given the above scenario, we would have been taken advantage of at most dealerships. That was not even remotely the case at Armory with Mike. My wife had her list of needs and not only did Mike find the ideal vehicle, but he took the time to find us the best fit for us, financially. Because of Armory and Mike, my wife now owns her first ever brand new car. There is zero doubt in my mind that Armory is the only dealer that could have made this possible. We will absolutely be return customers, not just because of the great deal, but because of the quality customer service, which does not exist elsewhere in the Capital Region. Go visit David Kaplan at Armory Garage I went to Armory Garage to look at the new Jeep Cherokee. I was greeted by David Kaplan who came out of the showroom in 90 degree weather and said Hi, I went to Armory Garage to look at the new Jeep Cherokee. I was greeted by David Kaplan who came out of the showroom in 90 degree weather and said Hi, I'm Dave, welcome to Armory Garage. He asked me if I had any questions and I said that I'm just looking. He said that's great, everyone has to start somewhere. He asked me a lot of questions and really listened to my answers.He asked if I ever drove one? I said no and he said you are in for a big suprise. After explaining the features of the car we took it for a test drive andI fell in love with it. It drove like a dream. When we got back, he took down information on my car and shortly after speaking to his manager, Albie Russo presented me with a payment that was below what I was paying now. I said I want this car. I filled out a credit application and went into Todd Corcoran, the business manager who was able to include an extended waranty still keeping within my budget. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Everyone was great to deal with and I was not given any pressure to buy a car. I will reccomend David Kaplan to all my friends and family because he is fantastic to deal with. Armory Garage and David Kaplan are now my new dealer. More
GO SEE PAUL DEVANE! Honest, friendly, and great to deal with I had been looking for a truck for 6 months. I live in Western Massachusettes and I shopped a number of major dealerships in my area. It got to the point that I started searching AutoTrader for vehicles within a 100 mile radius. That is when I found the Armory Garage. I literally called about a truck on Friday night and my wife and I drove up Saturday morning to check it out. That's when we met Paul. He greeted us with a smile and a no-pressure attitude. He gave us the keys and my wife and I test drove the truck for 30 min. We came back and struck a deal! A 2013 Ford F150 Lariat, LOADED, 4,000 miles, luxury package, sunroof, trailer package, 22" rims, leather heated seats, Sony Sound, auto start, you name it!!! $5000 less than anybody in my local area!! I never write reviews, but Armory is AWESOME and so is PAUL! More
