I am still excited about the purchase and how hard the Dave Kaplan and the whole team from managment to finance worked for me. I have purchased several new vehicles and the only regret is waiting until now to buy from Armory. I will come back here, no doubt. Dave worked tirelessly and kept in touch with me over weeks of trying to find what I wanted. He found it and delivered. The day I went to pick up my car the entire team pitched in to help on the delivery. I was impressed how they all came together as a team. The money they offered for my trade was generous. Joe did a great job finding the car I wanted and got us a great price. He was very easy going, no pressure, and made me very comfortable. He did a great job answering my questions on the car. When I received a call from Ray Echevarria I was surprised to find Ive been researching the ram 2500 for over a month and waiting for the right deal. When I received a call from Ray Echevarria I was surprised to find out that the listed internet price didn't include the extra rebate from ram. The internet price beat other dealers best negotiated price by a minimum 2000. They quoted me a price range over the phone for my trade, and though it was more than they wanted to give they made good on the agreed upon amount without any haggling. I dealt with Billy Comtois at the dealership and he worked the final deal. I was skeptical of all the positive reviews but they live up to everyone of them. It's not like any dealership I have been to before. I was expecting to go in and have to fight for the price I wanted, but they delivered on what they promised. It was well worth a 3 1/2 hour drive to see what they could do and save thousands. They put my local dealerships to shame. More
Deceptive Deal I traded in a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie for a 2015 Ram Laramie Limited. I was pressured by the sales person (Mike Horn) on a Tuesday to get my truck to th I traded in a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie for a 2015 Ram Laramie Limited. I was pressured by the sales person (Mike Horn) on a Tuesday to get my truck to the dealership to be viewed as they could not trust the pictures I sent them to value the trade. I took that Wednesday off and traveled 150 miles to the dealership to have my trade appraised. I was then told in order to get the "deal" I would have to purchase the truck by Saturday. I rushed back to my credit union secured the funds and purchased the truck on that Saturday. I spoke to Mike Horn during the test drive and told him of my intentions of using the aftermarket wheels and tires off my 2013 Ram on the new Ram and if the new truck would accommodate the 35" tires. He informed that he did not know but would find out. The 2015 Ram has an Air Suspension option. I looked at the truck after the test drive with the suspension completely raised and established that it would not accommodate 35" tires but would accept 33" tires. I was looking at the truck and Mike Horn was standing along side me and we were talking back and forth about putting the tires on the truck and how they would fit with the suspension in the "Off Road 2 Position". Mike never told me once that the suspension would not stay in that setting and would lower automatically upon reaching a determined speed. I asked for my 2013 truck and my money back the next day after I discovered that the 2015 truck would lower automatically. Mike Horn at this point LIED again and ensured me that Armory garage would do something for me even if it meant fixing the issue of the truck lowering or giving me a different truck of equal value. Mike Horn jerked me around until the following Saturday of the truck purchase just to tell me they were NOT going to fix the issue and they would put me in a different truck but it cost me more money essentially just getting trade in value for a truck I have been complaining about 2 hours after the purchase. Also the new truck had a hole in the floor mat and the cleaning was shoddy. I would not recommend this sale person or this dealership to my worst enemy. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a vehicle purchase!! I plan to seek help in being made whole elsewhere as I have $6200 worth of wheels and tires that I cannot use!!! More

After my car was service there was small issue with noticing space that weren't there before. When I brought it to Marlon's attention he simply said there's nothing he can do. thank God there was a real manager to resolved the issue in less than minute... More

Brian said he would keep me in the loop if anything looked like a good deal. A week later he called me with four options that fit our budget and we decided on a 2015 Chrysler 200. He took care of everything from there. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He made the process simple and was even able to get us some money for the 1998 Mercury that we were looking to get rid of. Not only are the salespeople great, but they have some awesome deals on "used"cars that have barely any mileage on them. More
