poor customer service I had a bad experience at the service department. Marlon has a robotic customer service, he made me very uncomfortable to return for future services. After my car was service there was small issue with noticing space that weren't there before. When I brought it to Marlon's attention he simply said there's nothing he can do. thank God there was a real manager to resolved the issue in less than minute... More

Brian said he would keep me in the loop if anything looked like a good deal. A week later he called me with four options that fit our budget and we decided on a 2015 Chrysler 200. He took care of everything from there. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He made the process simple and was even able to get us some money for the 1998 Mercury that we were looking to get rid of. Not only are the salespeople great, but they have some awesome deals on "used"cars that have barely any mileage on them. More

Awful customer service First woman who answered the phone spoke to me like I was stupid when I asked a simple question, then when I asked to speak to a manager "Bob" basical First woman who answered the phone spoke to me like I was stupid when I asked a simple question, then when I asked to speak to a manager "Bob" basically repeatedly told me "I can't help you" when dealing with trying to get a rental car to get to work while the FOUR recalls I have on my 2012 vehicle get fixed. Told me to call Goldstein if I thought I could get better service there. So I did. I Called Goldstein and they got me in for the same day for all the recalls to be fixed, a free rental, and complimentary car wash. I always used to recommend armory since that's where I bought my car. Never again. So disappointed with how genuinely rude they were. I'll be buying my future jeeps there and so will my family. More

Careless Work Leads to Unnecessary Costs Multiple service visits to Armory Garage. Few have gone well or without an issue. If I had another option or place to go I would not return here. I explained I didn't and that would be impossible since my last visit 3 months ago (not even 2,500 miles ago) they were replaced. They thought I wouldn't notice. Of course they then came back and said I was correct and it was a "mixup". They also failed to make notes or explain to me why notes were not made on my last inspection until I was there being asked to sign for charges. They may do good work on your car, but their business practices are sloppy. You need to be a strong advocate for yourself if you decide to come here. Do your homework and don't let them fool you. More

New Jeep! We went to four Jeep dealerships looking for a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk for our daughter and the experience we had at Armory was by far the best! We went to four Jeep dealerships looking for a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk for our daughter and the experience we had at Armory was by far the best! This was our daughter's first new car purchase experience and while it can be a little overwhelming for a first time buyer, our salesperson Mike Horn explained everything clearly, and focused on her as the buyer and not us, her parents, which is cool. Mike really reviewed the product with us and with no games. We explained to him where we had to be with the numbers and he got us there. Any deal has to work for both the buyer and seller and Armory and Mike Horn made the deal fit for both of us. The other sales people at Armory were professional, well groomed, and knowledgeable, always asking if someone was helping us or if we needed anything while Mike was getting the car ready for a test drive. Ben in finance was great too! Took his time and explained all finance options and got us a great rate!! Our initial impression of Armory was that it is clean, contemporary, professional, and had a comfortable feel. Thanks for a great experience and we’re looking forward to additional car purchases from you and Armory in the future! More
