terrible car buying and customer service me and my husband are a military family we were visiting upstate new York and family, and we needed a car, we went in to the dealership and found one me and my husband are a military family we were visiting upstate new York and family, and we needed a car, we went in to the dealership and found one we liked, the car salesman was very rude and acted like he didn't know what it was were talking about half the time, he was rude and brash, didn't feel like he cared about the sale or us as people at all. we sat in the car dealership for 8 hours, when people who came in after us were leaving before us, and because it was an out of home state purchase we couldn't take the car right away for some reason and we were not told why but they tried to make us wait 5 days for the car, and we had to push and push to make them give us the car the next day. well, we got our car and made it GA only for us to have an issue not having plates because the third party issuer for out of state registration, missed a mistake and it took them 3 WEEKS to realize this and have the dealership call us back, and from there every time we've called the dealership we are asked for our info and we NEVER get a call back when they say they will, i understand you people are busy but if you ask for info because your going to call someone back then i think it company policy or in respect for human decency to call the person back. we were very worried about alot of things we had question and we WERE NOT getting calls back,when we asked for and were told a certain person would call us back, nope we never got a call from that person and mostly never anyone at all. i would not recommend going to this dealership AT ALL we spent our 4 year wedding anniversary sitting in the dealership whilst i was miscarrying my child, and they not once tried to expidite this process just made it harder on me. Very respectful to their customers To preface my experience with Armory Garage, I had dealt with two other dealerships who I felt tried to either up-sell or sway me into to a vehicle th To preface my experience with Armory Garage, I had dealt with two other dealerships who I felt tried to either up-sell or sway me into to a vehicle they were currently promoting so my search for what I really wanted continued online. I found similar vehicles at 2 additional dealers but they had higher miles and higher prices. Then I found Armory online and started dealing with Patricia, who was very helpful and had quick and direct responses. She referred me to the sales team and I met with Haman Sanders in person. Since I had done a lot of previous research on the type of vehicle and amenities I was looking for, I knew exactly what models I wanted to see. I also had to drive and hour and a half to get to Armory and Haman was completely respectful of my time, my knowledge and my needs. He was kind and helpful and even when I had to go through this process with my crying baby and rambunctious 5 yr old son. He is a class act! I would recommend Armory and Haman to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and made the car buying experience so easy and enjoyable. Lets face it, making a major purchase is a big, expensive deal and with both Patricia and Haman, there was no B.S., just straight forward and reasonable. I say this because the dealership I went to prior basically tried to give me tips on managing my money so I could afford a higher payment on a more expensive car that I didn't even want to look at in the first place. So again, my needs were met with respect and reasonable, direct answers...no BS, just great service!! Thank you Armory!! More
