Excellent Used 2016 Chrysler 300C AWD Purchase Experience Met Brian over the internet. When the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available he found me 3 similar one and we stopped in to see and drive Met Brian over the internet. When the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available he found me 3 similar one and we stopped in to see and drive one that my son fell in love with. Brian did not pressure us at all and took us on an excellent test drive through SUNY Albany as we were not familiar with the area. We bought the car and we love it. Experience with Certified Sales Consultant and SaleManager I have been a big Buick owner since 1993. Not liking the 2015 - 2017 Buick LaCrosse, I became interested in the comfortable 2015 - 2017 Chrysler 300 C I have been a big Buick owner since 1993. Not liking the 2015 - 2017 Buick LaCrosse, I became interested in the comfortable 2015 - 2017 Chrysler 300 C. I arrived at Armory Garage early Friday, March 10, 2017. I was greeted by personabe Sales Consultant, Mr. Dave Crist. Dave is soft spoken, knowledgeable, and easy to smile. I told Dave what I was looking for. I did not want the more expensive All Wheel Drive Chrysler 300 C. I was made aware there was a 2016 300C Rear Wheel Drive, previous Rental, vehicle just made available, with only 8,915 miles. It was perfect for me and my wife. I was disappointed the sound system did not have Compact Disk Player capability. Dave Crist gently and assuredly gave me the confidence to purchase an I Pod. At 70 years of age, he gave me the impetus I needed to record all our favorite CD's we would normally take with us on our Florida road trips. He assured me I could record these CD's from our desktop computer onto this small I Pod storage device that plays thru the 300C sound system. Dave is what I consider, "good people"! I cannot give enough praise to Sales Manager, Mr. Rocco Peluso. Without my Dad's previous help, I must have purchased seven or eight vehicles and three for my wife in my lifetime. We buy our vehicles. Take care of our vehicles. And keep our vehicles ten to thirteen years. Most definitely, I have never met a more smiling, personable, easy to talk to, Sales Manager. Rocco deals with hundreds and thousands of dollars in consumer car buying money every day. For me, the humble, infrequenet buyer, Rocco made me feel important in my own little portion of the world. Rocco's great smile and easy laugh immediately put me at ease. I was so relaxed with him because he was so reasonable. I immediately felt he understood my level of enthusiasm. We arrived at a "fair" playing field where the purchaser and Dealer representative felt respect and trust in each other. Armory Garage is truly very fortunate to have the great personality of Mr. Ross Peluso in their work force I would advise my family and friends, on my honorable recommendation, they can fairly deal with Mr. Dave Crist and Mr. Rocco Peluso at Armory Garage, Inc. I can only hope and pray the good Lord gives my wife and I (Married 49 years on June 15, 2017) many more years on this earth.
