Horrible service and was no help. They created my problem and refused to fix it unless I am charged for it. I was charged $3,000 for labor and $170 for some part. Next day the light that originally came on was back on . The manager said they would diagnose it for free but I would have to pay to fix it. I'm very confused because why would I have to pay $3,000 and they never did anything to help me. More

Firstly, the people I dealt with were nice and not pushy. If you showed any bit of hesitation, they remind you that it is okay to walk away. Financing, though, you can tell they want you to breeze through it. The gentleman doing the financing was talking nonstop while also feeding me things to sign. I took my time, read every document and asked questions. Some he seemed to have expected, others he seemed a little bothered I asked. They do offer an oil change package, but that is all that comes with it. You get two free oil changes a year. You are charged for tire rotations. They also price their vehicles to sell and leave no room for negotiating the price, so don't go in with a number you want to talk them down to. More
