The sales person was great just after giving up 15400 money’s the vehicle was never ready for sale they have multiple problems that I had to keep bringing the car back and only one of the problems fixed money’s the vehicle was never ready for sale they have multiple problems that I had to keep bringing the car back and only one of the problems fixed then the rude sales manager was racist remarks asking me where I worked at as what I do for a living trying not to fix the problem to the vehicle only got one problem fixed which was a strut come to find out the straps was messed up all of them socks rotor brake shoes and they only paid for The left strut to get fixed in their company armory jeep dealership the sales manager are referring to name is Nicolas and he is ridiculous he don’t need to be working there after purchasing over five trucks they’re brand new and used most of them brand new I can’t believe that I was treated by the sales manager as if I had never done business with them Jeep armoryAnd treated me with racist ways of not satisfy me as a customer a reoccurring customer on top of everything very rude he was I’ll never buy a vehicle from this armory ever again in my money talks thank you More

I was told by Nick that he would have the turn signal in the mirror replaced at no charge since it was defective when I purchased the van, and I reported it the morning after I picked the vehicle up. He told me that there was no problem, that he would not charge me and bill the repair to his sales department. He jokingly said that the Armory sales department was his best customer and left me thinking that the problem would be fixed for me at no charge. When I picked the van up the problem was not corrected and I was told that it would not be. I was flat out lied to. This is a failure to correct a safety issue; the van should never have been allowed to leave the shop for delivery in that condition. This deceit by Nick in service completely negated the good experience I had buying the van. Peter in sales and Erika in finance made the process smooth and easy; Peter was honest and forthcoming and managed to take the sleaze out of buying a used car at a dealer. Nick in service managed to put the sleaze right back into my dealer experience. Nice job, Nick. That said my overall experience in the service department was beyond excellent. I was greeted and logged in by Erica, who logged me in quickly and efficiently. A.J. took my complaints and generated a service order quite promptly. Jennifer arranged my loaner and treated me with courtesy, friendliness, and respect. Nicely run operation, missing only one thing - integrity on the part of service management. More
