I was told by Nick that he would have the turn signal in the mirror replaced at no charge since it was defective when I purchased the van, and I reported it the morning after I picked the vehicle up. He told me that there was no problem, that he would not charge me and bill the repair to his sales department. He jokingly said that the Armory sales department was his best customer and left me thinking that the problem would be fixed for me at no charge. When I picked the van up the problem was not corrected and I was told that it would not be. I was flat out lied to. This is a failure to correct a safety issue; the van should never have been allowed to leave the shop for delivery in that condition. This deceit by Nick in service completely negated the good experience I had buying the van. Peter in sales and Erika in finance made the process smooth and easy; Peter was honest and forthcoming and managed to take the sleaze out of buying a used car at a dealer. Nick in service managed to put the sleaze right back into my dealer experience. Nice job, Nick. That said my overall experience in the service department was beyond excellent. I was greeted and logged in by Erica, who logged me in quickly and efficiently. A.J. took my complaints and generated a service order quite promptly. Jennifer arranged my loaner and treated me with courtesy, friendliness, and respect. Nicely run operation, missing only one thing - integrity on the part of service management. More
I’ve tried for weeks calling the service dept and never does anyone answer the phone…it’s goes through the awful message service and no one still retns calls. Brought my car in a few weeks ago for service and they never got to it and then tried calling to get it back in…no answer…my husband finally drove to Armory to book a service call and then I had to cancel my appt and tried multiple times to call to cancel and to change to another date to bring my car in to no answer! Will have to look for another service center as this is way to inconvenient & time consuming in this day & age for this kind of customer service. My daughter also went through the exact same thing a few months ago when she also brought her car in and they never got to it and they also never answered the phone when she tried calling and had lots of excuses as to the phone system not working!! 3-4 months for a business's phone service not working is just not right! More
