The vehicle I purchased has multiple damages that I did not notice first glance and manager admitted to knowing of them but still tried to state the vehicle was fairly priced with the damages included whic not notice first glance and manager admitted to knowing of them but still tried to state the vehicle was fairly priced with the damages included which was not accurate. I had mentioned this to the manager and he was not even trying to listen to me and automatically became defensive and dismissive. The manager agreed to pay half of one of the pieces the vehicle was missing and in the conversation stated well you can just pick up your mats and we do not have to consider the piece. That is not how a manager should conduct himself. I could have purchased the piece myself it's more the principal. I Wouldve paid more for a vehicle if I did not have to worry about the repairs after a purchase and felt as if I was deceived by your organization being that it was not mentioned first hand. This dealership exhibits poor communication. Didn’t realize my new car was in kilometers for both services . Due to it being in kilometers and not in mileage they said I should have not waited so long in between oil changes. My New Jeep electrical problem check engine light goes on and brought it in for service but they could not figure it for 2 nights (8/8 & 8/9) they kept it and never gave me a loaner car as warranty states pl and brought it in for service but they could not figure it for 2 nights (8/8 & 8/9) they kept it and never gave me a loaner car as warranty states plus had to rent a car for 2 days paid out of pocket $$240.
