I was excited about my new car and was really happy with the process till the end when i realized I was slightly “played” and told I would be getting my a car I didn’t end up getting the car does. Service has steadily deteriorate over the years. Went in, in June with an appointment and was told they probably can't fix my AC and rear view mirror due to computer issues. After waiting most the day they order part. 4 months later we have called several times, initially they lost our order but had a part in. Next time they had all the parts and transfered me to arrange an appointment. After a couple messages left it tried to make my own appointment but they have no option for installing parts ordered. Also no appointment available 3 weeks. Our lease is coming to an end shortly and at this rate we will have turned the car in having never gotten it repaired. Was our dealer of choice but now the worst dealer ever had the misfortune of dealing with. More
