Will never do business with this dealership again. I have purchased 9 cars from various dealerships since become a licensed driver. Afternoon. . The customer service employee at the sign in desk shared the recall work would take 4-6hr starting at approx 11:15am. The communication letter rece . The customer service employee at the sign in desk shared the recall work would take 4-6hr starting at approx 11:15am. The communication letter received stated 2-4 hr. we stayed while the work had been started. We received a video of a walk around on the Vechical, unclear on what the intent reason for this is non value to the customer unless it's shared what it's utilizied for. At approx 1:30 looking for the customer service rep that signed us in he had gone out to lunch based on another rep share. He checked the status as I requested and reported only half of the recall repairs had been completed. We waited for another 1.5 hr and received a text that all work had been completed. Looking out in the Vechical staging area the Vechical had been staged. I went back to look for the original rep that signed us in still not available at his station ( he took a long lunch unless that's practice, he was also off on the following day on vac.) Lots off discussion within your team on that pcs. Seemed like he started a day early on his vacation! Another CSR supported getting us aligned for the proper paperwork. This Vechical purchased 2 1/2 years ago had some paint that is failing, ( bubbling under the paint) I request information on my what the protocol would be, it was shared we don't handle any paint related issues at this shop ( send us pictures and we will look into it.) The Vechical could have been looked at as requested and if pics had been needed that would have been the time with what the process is moving forward. Felt and actions showed it wasn't important. So I had been very kind on a fair rating. More
