The sales guy (Stephen Gonzalez) was horrible. Getting the promised repairs was a nightmare. Turns out the wrong paper was submitted for my GAP insurance and you all were notified in Nov 2022 an Getting the promised repairs was a nightmare. Turns out the wrong paper was submitted for my GAP insurance and you all were notified in Nov 2022 and no follow-up was done. This whole experience was not exciting. This experience was a headache times 10. The follow-up here is null and void as I had to continue to call to get answers. No manager was ever available to discuss nor knowledgeable about unresolved issues. More
