Not only did he give me the first opportunity to purchase this car, but he gave me his very best price right away. I spent the next week visiting several dealerships around the Chicago area comparing Muhammed's offer to what else was out there. At the end of the day, Muhammed was $2,000 CASH less, and even included another $1,000 in options to distance himself from the other dealerships. Every time I come in Muhammed bends over backwards to help me with anything, service, finance, etc. He goes above and beyond even AFTER the sale. Prior to becoming a customer of Arlington Acura in Palatine, I used to hate the whole car shopping experience, as it always felt so sleazy and deceiving. Muhammed changed all that. He is not pushy whatsoever; as a matter of fact, there have been times he advised me to wait another year as the next model would have more new options for me to take advantage of and not be so similar to the model I already had.
