Fantastic Experience!!! I looked for so long to find an Acura ZDX, and finally was able to find 5 within 150 miles of Chicago. Arlington Acura had one with pretty good low miles, I sent an inquiry via their website, and Muhammed contacted me right away. I had some difficulties with my finances in the past and filed chapter 7. I explained my issues to Muhammed and he was able to recommend a great lender. I got financed with a very low rate, put money down to hold the car, and picked it up days later. Muhammed was very professional throughout the process, communication was terrific, absolutely no pressure to buy, very humorous, down to earth, and I felt like he really listened to me. I live over an hour away, but my husband and I will be going to Arlington Acura from now on, because after all, great customer service is very important no matter how far you have to go to get it. This is our fourth lease and the second time with Acura, Szymon was our salesman, we have purchased about ten vehicles in our life this is our third Acura. I was dealing with four dealers all through emails and on the phone. Szymon happened to be giving me the best deal and when we went there he even gave me a better deal. We came from the south suburbs and it was about a 40 minute drive but well worth it. Alber was the sales manager we dealt with and a very nice man. Financing was the fastest ever no pressure about buying anything extra or hidden extra fees like some dealers . We hope to have a long lasting relationship with Arlington Acura and Szymon. More
