That wasn't malfunctioning before you fixed the other issue. H/V-A/C-compressor was replaced but lost 5th and 6th gears. (A broken clip on the shift cable was found by MY Technician). Yesterday I had a Double de H/V-A/C-compressor was replaced but lost 5th and 6th gears. (A broken clip on the shift cable was found by MY Technician). Yesterday I had a Double den Reciever that I'd ordered installed. But now my battery is draining even though I had the Alternator and Battery replaced within 2 years. It was stated that the radio and only the radio was unplugged without disconnecting the battery cables and they are not to blame. More

The Appointment 4 Recalls I scheduled an appointment and day 1 car was not ready and service was understanding that I needed my vehicle. I was patient and waited. Day 2 I was t I scheduled an appointment and day 1 car was not ready and service was understanding that I needed my vehicle. I was patient and waited. Day 2 I was told that the parts had not arrived as I was told the day before. I called service department and asked for a loaner car. Day 3 I gave service a call. Parts were not in by 12:00 p.m. I would get a loaner car. I reported as schedule by customer service to come at 1:00 p.m. I was taken to Enterprise and given a vehicle similar to my vehicle. I had to pay taxes and security deposit, not bad. I was all set. The thermostat need to be repaired at a cost of $371.00 which is a perk, because the car dash was already open so I did not have to pay for labor. Day 4 service called after I got to work that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was not concerned not one bit. I a loaner car and I was good to go. Day 5 I turned in Enterprise car and paid my bill. I drove to work the car was perfect inside and out. They had detailed my car. I was riding in style. The service was excellent and the customer service personnel were great. I would recommend going there for all my repairs in the future. More
