Did not experience any pressure or intimidation. in fact our salesman went above and beyond the service anticipated and searched vehicle availability at outlying dealerships to locate what we wanted. Negotiating couldn’t have been any easier. Both the salesman and sales manger looked for all discounts for eligibility resulting in over $10k in addeD savings on top of our trade in. Had not encountered that level of customer service in prior vehicle purchases. Working with the business manger also was wonderful. Sales documents were prepared thoroughly and with NO pressure to purchase any maintenance packages. What a relief! She even offered to assist us in preparing the request to cancel any unused service on a maintenance plan for a trade in. Overall our shopping experience couldn’t have been any better. Super friendly staff, extremely helpful service, no pressure sales, and manger trust of salesman’s conduct throughout the experience have earned our trust. No communication I've been coming here for a long time and getting the same oil change package, so last week I went there the employee ask do u want the package oil ch I've been coming here for a long time and getting the same oil change package, so last week I went there the employee ask do u want the package oil change again I stated yes go to the store then someone calls me and say I need new tires I say no thanks then I get back and they say my oil change is 129.00 what u mean I've been paying 79.99 for three year he should've informed me before I left that the price had changed and my tires have great trends on them once I get my other oil change I'm not coming back another time I stop pass for a problem with my car door they said bring back tomorrow I did get there now he said he had to order the part why they didn't call me before I came up there then said when the part come they will call me they didn't I so happen to stop pass to get a oil change and when I returned all my papers where in the floor so I ask why then he said they fixed the door never called to tell me they had the part.
