My business partner and I stopped by Musselman's Dodge last week to look at a Dodge Caravan for our business. We both talked with one of your salesman. We will just call him Mike and after a couple days he agreed to sell the van for 22,000 on the road.taxes ,tags destination charge etc. So at that point my partner and I decided we were going to buy from your dealership and set up an appointment to come down to do the paperwork. When we arrived our salesman was an hour and a half late for the appointment. When he finally arrived we started the necessary paperwork and I notice a price on the loan application that was different from the price I was quoted.Mike explained to me that was before all the rebates and at the price would be the 22,000 as we were quoted. So finally after a few hours the finance manager comes to me with a price $1800 more then I was quoted. I feel that your sales people should not lie to your customers just to get them to come down to your dealership, we live 45 minutes from you and our time is very very valuable as I'm sure yours is to, but I personally don't feel like Musselman dodge is a very truthful dealership!!!! Horrible experience I bought my Dodge Durango over a week ago. They lost my down payment n then gonna call me n try to threaten to removed my vehicle. Awesome first time buyer experience I visited the dealership in the latter part of the day a few hours before closing and I had no clue what I was doing. All of the service staff were m I visited the dealership in the latter part of the day a few hours before closing and I had no clue what I was doing. All of the service staff were more than pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I knew what I wanted so I didn't need to be sold. I had searched the website which was very helpful and accurate. I was ready to discuss purchasing my 2014 Dodge Charger. My salesman Stanley Boddie was the BEST!!! He was very patient with me and he had a soothing voice. I guess he could tell I was secretly overwhelmed. He crunched my numbers and gave me the quoted monthly payment. I am not an impulse buyer so I told him I would come back on Saturday, 4 days later to finalize everything. I left feeling good about what I was about to do but I was overwhelmed. I was so overwhelmed I left my license. Stanley called me the next day to tell me my car was still on the showroom floor and that I had left my license. I arrived Saturday for my scheduled appointment time and was greated by Stanley. My name was on the VIP board and I felt special. My car was still there on the showroom floor and a man from the service department was wiping her off and getting her already for me to take her home. The paperwork process took the longest but aparently that is routine. It was still fast, maybe an hour and a half at most. I took my pictures and the sales team prepared my car and told me of the bells and whistles. I left the dealership confident in my car purchase!! The sales and service team were more than great! they were patient, helpful and made me feel like I was their only customer that day although about 11 other people were on the VIP board. Thank you Musselmans Dodge for an awesome car buying experience. I love being a part of the Musselmans Dodge family. More
