Thoroughly Pleased ! I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received at Annapolis Car Center. I worked with Steven Johnson; he was absolutely professional and thorou I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received at Annapolis Car Center. I worked with Steven Johnson; he was absolutely professional and thorough from the first conversation to the very last. He wasn’t a pushy car salesman, however he did inquire to find out what my needs and wants were. He fully patiently explained everything in regards to the process and how he would be able to assist me. I must admit. I’m not easy to accept help from a sales person., But he has calm about him and I felt he sincerely had my best interest at the forefront. He didn’t push or sway my decisions; he laid everything out to me and allowed me to make my decisions with his professional experience. All of my questions were asked, even the crazy ones ? By the time step foot in the dealership, I was already approved, he assisted me in selecting a very nice vehicle …exciting part, the payments were under what I told him I wanted to stay within. An amazing experience!!! The other gentleman who were in the office, were pleasant and very helpful as well, Tom assisted me with my warranty and some of the other paper work. He was extremely pleasant and went over every detail with me. I was treated amazingly… Thank you Annapolis Car Center… I HIGHLY recommend them ? Cindy W More

Everyone professional with great attitude We were supposed to meet with Joe but he was with another customer when we arrived but everyone else catered to use until he was available. It was a great atmosphere and they were great with our two year old daughter as well. They worked with us on price/trade/payment and we are very happy with our purchase!
