They did a great job Due to an unfortunate accident, I needed to buy a car quickly. My biggest concerns were trustworthiness and good service and I got both. Overall I w Due to an unfortunate accident, I needed to buy a car quickly. My biggest concerns were trustworthiness and good service and I got both. Overall I was very pleased. Joe, Bill, Katie and Andrew all bent over back words to provide good service. The negotiations went well, though Bill tried to "sneak" in an expensive line item that hadn't been in the original quote. When I refused to pay it, he removed it without question. I had some service issues, with one of the back door locks not working and also with the brakes. ACC agreed to pay half, and minus a $100 deductible for the warranty service contract, the repairs didn't cost me anything. One thing that continues to bother me is the severe vibration of the car when sitting in idle, and I only learned after I purchased it that excessive vibrating of the engine mounts is unique to the year that my car happens to be. They could try replacing one of the mounts, where the noise came from (ACC agreed to pay half) but couldn't guarantee it would solve the problem. (I appreciated Andrews patience in explaining all service issues.) I've held off on doing that because it's pricey (even if they pay half). Katie was amazing, and very knowledgeable. She made the transfer of my tags to the new vehicle very easy by going to the MVA for me!! Two things I strongly recommend: 1.) Depending on age / mileage of the car you buy, the VehicleOne service contract seems to be a good deal, especially since I used it right away for the brakes; 2.) Be sure to write a review if you get good service; it was the strong reviews that influenced my to go to them in the first place. However, I recommend you wait a bit to be sure that everything is to your satisfaction. Bill reminded me at least three times about writing a review, beginning with my first visit. I waited about 3 weeks. More
