Unfortunately it has come to pass the sales management team at this dealership FAILS at following through with owed items and completing registration paperwork! This dealership lost the 2nd fob to my Must team at this dealership FAILS at following through with owed items and completing registration paperwork! This dealership lost the 2nd fob to my Mustang and NEVER followed through with its replacement! I had to harass the dealership numerous times to replace this fob. As a result, my salesman had to fight with management and eventually I was told to go to a local Ford dealership to get the fob+key and that Angel Krause would pay for everything. Well, after acquiring the fob, programming the fob, and having the key cut. Once again the management team FAILED as the manager I spoke with said he could not pay for the fob. He told me he would reimburse me with an overnight check after I sent him the receipt. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! After continued harassment of the dealership I finally received a check and it was NOT for the amount that I paid! They didn't even provide anything for my inconvenience and fuel wasted making multiple trips to a different Ford dealership to replace a fob that they LOST! The next issue, FAILURE to tag transfer! My temporary tag is now EXPIRED! I have yet to receive the registration paperwork for transferring the tag from my trade onto the Mustang. I again had to call numerous times and was told their business management team is slow to process registration, but the process would be complete prior to my temporary tag expiring! My tag expired on the 3rd of August!!! I bought a 2026 Mustang from another dealership three weeks prior to buying this Mustang and the registration arrived in less than two weeks! I bought a 2026 GMC Sierra two weeks after this Mustang and that paperwork showed up within a week of buying that truck! What is wrong with this dealership? The sales management teams lack of GAF! FAILURE upon FAILURE! No follow through. ZERO communication! ZERO accountability! A sales manager didn't even come out to greet us after paying cash with trade on this Mustang! Something that has NEVER happened in all of my years of buying new cars, trucks, or motorcycles! Angela Krause, your sales management team is FAILING at basic duties! More

Their service department lacked a great deal of customer care I had the truck lifted and put four new custom wheels on it When I took the car in for service they could not rotate the tires at a different dealership because I had not been given a key to remove the lug nuts. Nor had I been given a key to take the rear panel off the top. I was given a warranty that apparently was never shown in paperwork so I'm having to pay for each visit I make to the shop. And now after five phone calls and not one return phone call I have decided to leave reviews on every platform that I can. I am sure that there are people who have had good luck because they all sell the same car it's after the car is purchased that makes or break you I will never return to this dealership having purchased 33 cars in my lifetime I will never return to this Ford dealership not even for service More
