DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR at Angela Krause Ford. They have had my vehicle for a month and have literally xxxxxxxxxxx their way through giving me my vehicle back. They repeated told me I'd have my car back "the middle of next week" and when I'd follow up on Friday when THEY DIDN'T, I would get another "next week." They started screening my calls to the service department when they had no update so I had to show up and demand to have my vehicle back. I have worked with several other dealerships in the area and never had such terrible service. Not once could I get a service manager on the phone. My voicemails were not returned. They should be ashamed of theirselves. More
