Tim Shultz is outstanding. This is our second car with Anchor Nissan, and both of us had very positive experiences. I will recommend Tim to friends and family members who are in need of a lease or purchase of either a new or used car. You can't go wrong with Tim. He knows what he has in stock, or is willing to find it. He understood what we needed at the time, and made recommendations. When we weren't exactly at the price we wanted, he came back with a counteroffer of more options for the same price. We were sold. I give an overall rating 4.8 out of 5. Everything was positive, but the price was still a bit high. It wasn't enough to break the deal, or else I wouldn't be driving my brand-new Rogue. Jared Ruben's financial sense was keen. He knows his stuff. He gave us maintenance options that were affordable, and did not use pressure at all. We liked that. We had a lot of papers to sign, but Jared make it enjoyable and painless. Kudos to him, too, for an outstanding buying experience. More

I recently bought a new car at Achor Nissan. After trying out quite a few cars, I liked the Rogue the best. The salesman Tim Schultz was very friendly and informed and eay to deal with. I bought my 370Z about six months ago. They were great at that time and six months later when I returned with a question again they were great. At least five other dealerships tried to get my business but they helped me in ways none other did and won me over. This is a new dealership, as I understand it, and they are doing everything they can to make customers have a pleasant experience. If you buy elsewhere without talking to these people you are shortchanging yourself! and NO I am not an employee or relative nor do I have any ulterior motive in posting this other than the fact that I was in radio time sales for many years and I know that if you screw up people (boss) sure as xxxx hear about it but if you do a good job, little is said. Because of that I always make it a point to tell everyone when I had a good experience at any establishment.. More

My experience with Anchor Nissan actually made the cur buying experience exciting and in the end rewarding. I purchased a great used vehicle with low milage. The lot has literally hundreds of used & new vehicles. I had the pleasure of having two different salesmen show me their available on-lot vehicles. Both salesmen were intelligent, had a sense of humor and an obvious knowledge about their product lines. I also had the pleasure of meeting with one of the owner; Brian Benoit. He has integrity, makes himself readily available and has pride in the family business. I strongly recommend a car purchase through Anchor for the best car-buying experience possible. We drove into Nissan after a nightmare-ish experience at Boch Toyota(avoid this dealer like the plague, people!). Anchor Nissan: no pressure, clear presentation of the product and the numbers, friendly and kind, personal service. James was easy- going and fun to do business with. We told him what we were looking for and he delivered. Brian was straight-forward, so very pleasant, and tremendously fair. No confusing number crunching, no bait and switch. Brian was wonderful to do business with. This dealer is the epitome of the ethical business. We will return for more business, and we will send our family and friends. Thanks James and Brian! While price shopping for a new Nissan Rogue I contacted several dealers in the area via their online sales department. Not only did Tim respond to my inquiry in a timely manner, but he was professional and several dealers in the area via their online sales department. Not only did Tim respond to my inquiry in a timely manner, but he was professional and honest throughout all of our communication. I was upfront with him about shopping around and let him know what the other dealers offered me and he did his best to provide a fair price in competition with the others. I was promised a higher price for my trade in by a different dealer (Mastria --- BEWARE of them...what a nightmare!!) in the area so I did let Tim know that I'd be swinging by there just to to confirm their offer, but my expectations were low and I figured I'd be at Anchor soon thereafter. Tim was very courteous to me even after I told him I was going to visit the other dealer first. After wasting an hour long drive and additional hour of my time being low balled, treated as if I was a stupid and uneducated consumer with disrespectful tones and sharky sales pitches (at the OTHER dealer...NOT Anchor) they started spouting out another offer but at this point I was so maddened by the games they played and the way they treated me I would NEVER do business at Mastria at any price. I walked out of there and drove straight to Anchor. I contacted Tim and told him I was on my way. He had the Rogue parked out front warming up for me to drive by the time I got there. On a freezing cold winter evening this was a nice touch. The vehicle was everything he said it would be and the deal we negotiated online was EXACTLY what he promised. No shady sales tactics, no b.s., no hour long wait to hear the offer on my trade. A few minutes in the chair while they inspected my car and he came back to shake my hand and tell me we had a deal. HONEST as the day is long and a nice guy to boot. All in all we probably exchanged over 20 emails that day and he was kind and patient with all my responses as I tried to bounce between the sales emails from 3 other dealers nearby and keep him up to speed. Long story short, all the numbers were as promised. Financing was nice and smooth with Jared. I was given the standard options that included extended warranties, etc. that I wasn't interested in but he wasn't pushy at all and did not try to sway me one way or the other. Very pleasant experience with very nice guy. The general manager, Brian was very nice as well. Came by and chatted with us for a few moments in a genuine way. We didn't even talk about the cars, just friendly chat. At the end of the day I walked out with my 2011 Nissan Rogue AWD SV with SL package (which is AWESOME by the way) for the exact price promised (which Mastria INSISTED would never happen as I was exiting their doors), with the price promised on my trade in and the 0% promo interest rate discussed in advance. NOTHING was different. Tim really delivered on his promise and spent some time with us after the sale to walk us through various features of the navigation system, synced my phone up with the blue tooth, etc. I haven't gone in for service yet, but their service department prices are reasonable. I'm used to paying $59 just for an oil change at Honda -- which frankly, is insane. At Anchor the oil changes are less than 1/2 of that and they wash/vacuum the car for you, too. I'm extremely pleased with this experience. Wish I had found Anchor sooner. We will be repeat customers for sure. More

Max the sales Manager was very willing to go over all my options with me, knowing that I had some negative equity to eat up. I left with a deal on a new loaded Sentra, having my Chevy paid off by Anchor. Jared in Finance made the delivery flawless and fast, I had car in less then 24 hours. I would send any friend or family member to Paul, who will treat them with respect and tact. I hope to keep my business with Anchor mocing forward. More
I visited Anchor on a whim after an underwhelming experience at another area Nissan, and I'm glad I did. Paul was knowledgeable about the car without being overbearing and "sales-y" about it. I highly recommend Anchor Nissan and Tim shultz. He was very professional during the negotiation stage and I am very happy with the deal I got on my new Maxima.
