I had a great experience buying a new car at Anchor Nissan. Eric Fera is the salesman that I dealt with, and I found him to be very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. Th Nissan. Eric Fera is the salesman that I dealt with, and I found him to be very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. This being the first new car I bought, I had a tough time making a final decision, but Eric was very patient and not pushy at all. He worked with me to find the best car and negotiate a good price. The other staff members at the dealership that I dealt with were also very polite and helpful, including the business office and the service department. I would highly recommend Anchor Nissan to anyone searching for a new Nissan vehicle. More
I had a wonderful experience at Anchor Nissa. I went to look at a car I was interested in, and immediately received the best price I had seen for the car. There was no haggling, just a great price offer. look at a car I was interested in, and immediately received the best price I had seen for the car. There was no haggling, just a great price offer. The car purchasing experience was quite different at Anchor. Upon meeting Steve Chauvin and speaking with him about what I needed he quickly got me to test drive a 2012 Sentra that he said I would love Anchor. Upon meeting Steve Chauvin and speaking with him about what I needed he quickly got me to test drive a 2012 Sentra that he said I would love and did we quickly got to the price for the Sentra and my trade in price for my car with very little of the typical back and forth to the sales manager. I have called Steve with a few small problems that I've had since taking delivery and he has been most delightful to deal with and always willing to help however I need to return to the service department for the second time as the small problem I have needs to be addressed again. It is only the low tire pressure light being on all the time but it should be fixed. It is very annoying being on all the time. I would recommend Anchor to anyone. Great experience! More
I went to Anchor Nissan as my last stop in my search for a new Nissan Maxima. What I liked most about Anchor was the negotion process was short and simple; I was able to give a price I was willing to pay a a new Nissan Maxima. my husband and i wanted to check out 3 nissan dealerships before making our final decision on purchasing a brand new 2011 maxima. we went to anchor nissan last minute on a sunday and by the time we got there before making our final decision on purchasing a brand new 2011 maxima. we went to anchor nissan last minute on a sunday and by the time we got there it was close to closing time for them, but brian [owner or manager?] and todd [salesman] were more than kind enough to let us stick around a little bit after closing while we made our final decision. anchor nissan gave us the BEST price on our new 2011 maxima and the most friendly courteous and knowledgeable service. i would reccommend them to anyone. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. The only problems that I had was that there was a lot of waiting around for the business manager and for the sales person while he helped other customers. I w problems that I had was that there was a lot of waiting around for the business manager and for the sales person while he helped other customers. I was also hoping for a bit of price negotiating, but that didn't happen. I was extremely dissatisfied with the business manager, Jared Rubin. He was incredibly unfriendly when I told him that I was not interested in the warranty packages. I was also dissatisfied because I was not provided with a spare key or a car manual. I have had to call back numerous times to follow up on these and still have not received them. I'm sure if I wasn't pestering them then I wouldn't receive anything. Overall it was a good experience because I got a great car for a good price, but the customer service definitely needs a major improvement. I would only go back here after going to other dealers first. More
Eric Fera is the reason why I would refer anyone to Nissan. He really knows what he is talking about and gives his all into his job and making sure his customers leave happy. Bought an '06 Altima in December, 2010. Had a good experience with Steve Chauvin. Felt like I got a decent price on this model with 41,000 miles on it. The car had some cosmetic things they needed to experience with Steve Chauvin. Felt like I got a decent price on this model with 41,000 miles on it. The car had some cosmetic things they needed to fix and they did so. I declined the extended warranty. The part that made me write this review is that in July, 2011, I called over to Anchor to tell them that after I've put less than 3,500 miles on the car, my rear brakes were grinding. They needed to be replaced. I spoke first with a sales person who put me thru to Charlie in Parts and after hearing my story, he made an appointment for the next day so they could look at it. I was there for 90 minutes and when I inquired about status, I was told that my brakes needed to be replaced. They were going to do it for free. They made sure I was able to wait for another 90 minutes or so while they did the work and four hours after I arrived, I was on my way with new brakes. It was free. I never had to speak with a manager nor did I have to raise my voice or get angry, they just did the right thing and fixed my car. That is what makes this dealership different, they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. I would absolutely go back there again! More
