Morning John. I'm sorry that it did not work out with the van. However I do want to clarify something. The last conversation we had you told us you were having trouble securing financing and that was after almost a week of you trying to get a bank loan to purchase the van. During that conversation you mentioned you were going to try a couple more banks and needed a few more days to try and get a bank approval. Yes, we had one of our local repeat customers come in and was ready to move forward on the spot. That's not completely true. No one asked you to hold the vans. Once the price was agreed for 2 vans, Nolan (sales), at his request, was to charge my credit card $10k as a deposit. Your finance person, who never returned any of my calls, was supposed secure my financing. There was never a time when Nolan told me that there was a problem. Prior to the agreement, Nolan called daily but then went silent. Finally, your 'charming' sales manager notified me that there is a policy not to finance cars sold to California (as if that's a regular occurrence with Anchor). That is when financing was turned over to me. And that was after a week of silence from your Finance and sales person.
