Bait and switch. And rude, too. My wife and I went into Anaheim Mitsubishi to purchase a new 2015 Outlander Sport. There were at least four of them with sale stickers on the windshi My wife and I went into Anaheim Mitsubishi to purchase a new 2015 Outlander Sport. There were at least four of them with sale stickers on the windshield with "Was" and "Now" prices on them. We selected one of them and took it for a test drive. Anil seemed helpful enough in the sales part, but things fell apart in the purchase phase. The "Now" price supposedly included all available rebates, even if you don't qualify for them. That is not visibly indicated on or near the windshield sticker. The price difference on the one we looked at was $6991. Three other Outlander Sports also had similar stickers with different price differences. They want to move 2015 vehicles, that sounds normal. Anil talked about various rebate/financing options. When he said something about $27K, we wondered what he was talking about. We also had a trade-in. When they started up at the MSRP and rebates, we brought up the price on the sale sticker. They said that was with all the rebates, clearly stated on the sticker. I walked them out and challenged them to show me the part about the rebates. "It must have been washed off." And why is that my problem? Then they showed me on the internet how the price was figured. The internet showed all the rebates and the price was about $1300 less than what was on the sticker. I said, "Fine, I don't qualify for $1000 of the rebates, let's start with that price" ($300 less than the sticker price). They weren't having any part of it. I was just trying to work with what they had on the internet! I had already grabbed my keys and registration to leave earlier, but after the attempt to deal with them based on their own advertising, they decided they weren't going to deal with me and attempted to walk us out the door! Good job Anaheim Mitsubishi... not! More

When I received the car it was obvious this was not performed. They claim the car went through their service department but this was a lie, Also when driving the car over 60 MPH the front end started to shake. After looking at the tires and Rims damage was very evident to two of the rims and large gouges out of two tires. When the Juan the salesman was contacted with the pictures he claimed the car had been through their Service department but would speak to his Sales Manager Kristian to resolve. After two weeks I had not received any of the paperwork for the sale of the car and Juan sent me a text saying the Sales Manager Kristian looked like he was putting this on the back Burner. It is was obvious this service Department is charging for services not performed or they are just dishonest liars. Looks like I will take matters to the better Business Bureau and hire an Attorney. BUYER BEWARE BUYING FROM THEM......... More
