Absolutely crooked dealership in every single way. I purchased an Outlander, signed the paperwork, and waited for delivery inside of the showroom. After a 4 hour wait, I stepped outside to look at my new beauty and it wasn't the Outlander that I purchased. I was irritate and demanded the sale to be canceled. The sales and general manager came outside. They screamed profanities at me, got in my face, told me to get the **** off their dealership, and threatened to keep me trapped at the dealership all night. They wouldn't give me my car keys. After I threatened to call the OC sheriff and got back into their faces, the general manager called the owner on his cell phone who then spoke with me. The owner promised to make it right and gave me work orders to install what the Outlander was missing (navi system). He sounded honest but I was foolish to believe someone who hires outright crooks to work in his dealership. I brought the Outlander back to his dealership two weeks later as promised by the owner to make it right. After keeping me trapped in OC for three days (I live in San Diego) and lying to me about what was being done to my Outlander, I got my Outlander back with aftermarket parts (I paid for factory navigation)! Long story short ... Anaheim Mitsubishi is crooked from the owner down. I complained to Mitsubishi HQ and they did NOTHING. In fact, they gave the dealership a "Diamond Award" for excellence. This is the first and last Mitsubishi I'll ever buy and I've made sure everything I know has heard this story. More
The guys I dealt with seemed so fake, and put the pressure on big-time. The newspaper listed my car at 9,500; sticker price on lot was 12,900. They seemed surprised, and the car didn't even have al pressure on big-time. The newspaper listed my car at 9,500; sticker price on lot was 12,900. They seemed surprised, and the car didn't even have all of the features advertised. They wouldn't come down from 9,500 price even still. On top of that, the APR they gave me was awful. After all of the pressure, and it was apparent that I wasn't cracking, they decided to give me a lecture on my credit history, asking very offensive personal questions. I had a team of 4 salesmen doing this! Worst experience ever. More
