They promise you the world with no follow through. Avoid their lies by just saying No. Car dealers have a bad reputation in general and this dealership upholds that standard of deception. Anaheim Mitubishi DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Anaheim Mitubishi DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Salesman was nice. Then once we got to working on a price it became a nightmare. I made an offe Anaheim Mitubishi DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Salesman was nice. Then once we got to working on a price it became a nightmare. I made an offer, the manager seemed to have taken personal offense to my offer. He came out and was in my face asking about why my offer was so low. He continues to yell at me and be very rude in front of all the other customers. The owner eventually came out and spoke with me. We clearly were very far, in terms of price, so I left. Spent about 3 hours on that visit. I called back a few days later with a higher offer. They told me that they were very close to my offer and told me to come into the dealership. I drove all the way down there, filled out paperwork, etc. etc. Then found out that they were not budging in price at all. We were $2,000 away from each other, which isn't not what I consider close! After going back and forth, I left. Wasted another 2 hours for nothing. Very upset with the customer service of Anaheim Mitsubishi. It definitely starts with the owner and trickles all the way down to the salesmen. I am completely shocked with the lack of respect and care from Anaheim Mitsubishi. I really liked the car and was willing to budge in price, but due to the attitudes of all the staff, I am more than willing to pay more at another dealership that values customer service. More
This is by far the worst dealership I have been to!! I bought a 2003 mini cooper S from here and all I have had are problem with the sales people, the general manager, and now problems with the car(I have bought a 2003 mini cooper S from here and all I have had are problem with the sales people, the general manager, and now problems with the car(I have had it for 3 days!!!) First off, the car salesman Remy was good, but after 30 mins the dealership gave us a different sales person cause he "had a phone call". 30 mins later with this sales person and they transition to a "hammer seller/closer" to sway me to buy the car. This guy tells me that they have maintenance records on the car(later on they say they don't have them) and that there is a 1250 extra cost on top of the total price and all fees, because the dealership has to put prestige on the car that help protect the paint!!! I was going to buy the car and even was in finance to sign for it($15000 flat out the door) until they tell me that its now $15134!!! This was straight unprofessional!o! I walked out with my wife. Wife wanted it so I go back in and buy it anyhow(what a husband does for his wife). Now I've had it for 3 days and now it needs every single preventive maintenance done to it!! This whole dealership is a fraud from the management all the way down to the lower levels!! I beg u don't go here!! More
I communicated by e-mail with Luis Alvarez, internet sales manager, for more than one week to arrange for the purchase of a new vehicle. Luis noticed that my main concern was the price of the vehicle a sales manager, for more than one week to arrange for the purchase of a new vehicle. Luis noticed that my main concern was the price of the vehicle and sent me an e-mail with "Here's a no-brainer" as the subject line. In the e-mail he stated "Since price is one of your concern I would like to offer our price promise guarantee which is that if you were to find a better price we will match that price or beat it. This is our way of giving you the assurance that you are getting the best price." Base on this assurance, I traveled 45 miles to Anaheim Mitsubishi prepared to present them with several different prices to match or beat. On two different vehicles Luis found some reason as to why he could neither match nor beat the price and proceeded to offer me a vehicle at Suggested Retail Price, at which point I realized this was simply a classic bait and switch. Do not be fooled by this dealership or its misleading salespeople. I ended up purchasing my vehicle from Ontario Mitsubishi, which offered me a great deal on the same vehicle with no hassles. More

DONT BUY A CAR FROM MITSUBISHI !!!!! I have had a DONT BUY A CAR FROM MITSUBISHI !!!!! I have had a Mitsubishi endeavor for 7 years and have been very happy with it. On 6-11-11 I took my wife to DONT BUY A CAR FROM MITSUBISHI !!!!! I have had a Mitsubishi endeavor for 7 years and have been very happy with it. On 6-11-11 I took my wife to buy a new Outlander sport from Anaheim Mitsubishi,,, Fully loaded,,, We spent all day at the dealer... They didnt have the color we wanted..,,, they told me they found the car at another dealer and would deliver the car to my home in 2 days as they had to transfer it from the other dealer in San Jose,,, we went into the finance office ,,,, filled out all the paperwork .....I paid CASH for the car,,, $28,0000... Paid in full..!!!!.. Signed the contract including VIN number.. Since we had to wait for the car they gave me a loaner..... so I sold my wife's current car..... we were both SOOO exited to have the new car delivered... 2 days later we were called by the dealer who told us that a few hours after we bought the car... the San Jose dealer sold it to someone else !!! Even though the Anaheim dealer told the San Jose dealer that the car was already sold… As far as I was concerned the car belonged to me !!! The Anaheim dealer manager Rasool called and offered me other vehicles..... Different colors and options!! When I told him I was unhappy with the service he started TO YELL AT ME !!!! ..... I finally hung up. I talked with the Mitsubishi regional manager for about an hour,,, he finally admitted that Mitsubishi Motors had basically screwed me.... I then called Mitsubishi America who gave me a complaint case number (1235983544). Mitsubishi said they would try to find an identical vehicle in another area…. That was a week ago and I NEVER heard from them again.. Meanwhile the Anaheim dealer took the loaner car back… so I am without a car for my wife. I now have to RENT a car for my wife since Mitsubishi is not delivering the car I bought in full.... This leaves me paying (out of my own pocket) for a rental car !!!! I AM AMAZED / FLAWED / DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE i HAVE RECEIVED FROM NOT JUST ANAHEIM MITSUBISHI... BUT MITSUBISHI AS A WHOLE!!!! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THIS TO A CUSTOMER WHO COMES IN AND PAYS CASH FOR A CAR...!!!!! More

The Car turned out to be different from negotiation. I took my wife and my baby down to Anaheim Mitsubishi after getting a price quote from one of the employer at this dealership his name was Luis, The re took my wife and my baby down to Anaheim Mitsubishi after getting a price quote from one of the employer at this dealership his name was Luis, The reason why we are coming down is the quote seems to be a good deal for us but when we was there they did not give us the quoted price , after a negotiation we agree to pay $1,250 more for an Outlander Sport 2011 SE Auto model then we was led to the financing office. I was surprised when i asked the owner " We want to make sure we have the right car" ..guess what!! the car seems to be different , it turned out to be an Outlander Sport 2011 ES Auto model and they refused to fix it, they told us all ES and SE are the same....hmm am I stupid or what?? i am mumbling....We asked to give us our paperwork back but they refused and threatened us by turning off the light and left us alone in the dark room , my wife was so afraid she pulled out her cell to call police . I think after we call police the agree to give us back the paperwork and we was there all the time until the cops came in and help us out. This is the first time I was in this situation. I am wondering why there are not many Mitsubishi on the streets?? I think i have the answer now....Mitsubishi needs to take an appropriate action to avoid the domino effect from the customer like us. Worst dealer ever! I went in since i purchased a car about 5 years ago and think I was gonna get the loyal customer treatment I went back. What a huge mistake! First I test drove few cars and they didn about 5 years ago and think I was gonna get the loyal customer treatment I went back. What a huge mistake! First I test drove few cars and they didnt ask for a drivers license ( weird ) then after that I picked a 08 malibu and after nogociating for hours the price wasnt right plus me and my wife applied for the loan but since she is not working they didnt put her in the loan so they said. We left and few hours later I get a call saying they got the price I wanted so to come down. Next day I did, signed the papers and drove home happy thinking I got a bargain. yeah right!! Two days later my wife called my to tell me the dealer is runnig her credit. Since she was not in the loan I called asking why and they said they are having a hard time financing me so they used her to try to get me approved. I was like why? the loan is on my name and the initial app with her name was discarded since she wasnt working. They said since she signed the original app they had the right to do so. I got mad and told them since i cant get financed give me my trade in back and I will return the car which they said ok. Did that and filed a BBB complaint and I get a call from the GM asking me for forgiveness and since I am a moron I took that and went back to the dealer to "talk". Yeah that talk turned into another attempt to sell me a car but since it was a brand new 0 miles car and they promised me financing in writing I took the deal even if the payments were not what I wanted. They said this car had 6 CD changer, hand free calling but since they removed the sticker from the car I took their word and it was already 8 pm I just wanted to go home next day i checked and non of those were installed and it has been three weeks and my trade in which had an outstanding loan still has not been paid off runing my credit since the loan still on my name. What a nightmare!!! More
