But no matter what it was still a great experience. We went in with something in mind and came out with what we wanted "a little better than we expected". Decent deal! Quick and easy I called in to inquire about a 2010 Porsche Boxster and Julien helped me out throughout the whole process. I have to admit I asked a lot of questions and he really helped me out so if I were to rate him only, I would give him 5 stars. The reason why I'm giving this dealership a 3 star is because of the lack of service after the deal. So I got the car and before I pulled off the lot, I noticed that the gas was not full and it was a little below half a tank. I went inside to tell Julien and he told me that they don't fill gas tanks for used cars, but proceeded to ask me "how much gas was in the car?" I told him it was less than half and he said "Oh, yeah we don't fill the tanks for used cars, but if it was at or near empty, I would've hooked you up." I've never bought a car, new or used, that didn't come with a full tank of gas. Didn't seem right! Then after about a week of driving it, I was on my way to work and the "Check engine oil light" came on and this concerned me. It shouldn't be happening since it should've been inspected. I called Sinbad about this issue and he told me I could bring it in to have it looked at by the service department. Since I wasn't able to bring it in earlier (before 4pm) when they close, they won't be able to look at it until Monday (when I work). This isn't my fault and they didn't go above and beyond to help a customer out. This is terrible service! It's not my fault the light came on a week after I got the car from the dealership. \ Overall, the deal went by quick and simple, but the overall experience with the car and the gas tank not being filled just didn't sit well with me. I spoke to a technician friend of mine who works at Mercedes and he said "That's what happens when you get a Porsche at a Mitsubishi dealership." I guess he was right. But oh well, what's done is done. More

We saw a couple of couple that met our criteria at Anaheim Mitsubishi so we decide AVOID AT ALL COSTS I was in the market for a truck for my wife. We saw a couple of couple that met our criteria at Anaheim Mitsubishi so we decided to head there on Sunday to check them out. After test driving both trucks, the sales rep, Peter, gave us the price and we headed out to grab a bit and look at one other truck that we were looking at down the street. When I called back to discuss the price they said they would work more on the price but we needed to be physically there in order to receive the offer. Kind of sounded like the nightmare car buying experience we all want to avoid. In the end we drove back to “hear” the offer. What we got was a surprise. The price didn’t go down it went up and the claim was that the vehicle we were looking at was the wrong one and they made a mistake. Ok, so that could happen. When inquired about the other truck that price ALSO had gone up. At this point I had wasted four hours with my wife and 5 year old son in tow. The best part was that the sales manager wouldn’t come out from behind his office to have a discussion. The sales rep requested that I sit down and talk about pricing-really? After what seemed like an awful lot like two bait and switches I decided that I wanted to see the Wizard of OZ that was hiding behind the enclosed wall having his “I can’t really do anything sales rep” play intermediary. So at that point I confronted the Carlos De La Luz the sales manager. That of course resulted in no satisfaction and complete disappointment and waste of time. Later the next day my wife decided to see if they would honor the price they originally gave us. Via text they said they would but when she confirmed before heading out they changed the price again! The next day we found a new F150 and paid cash. They lost a good customer with the means to purchase a car and in exchange received this glowing review. Avoid at all costs. Read the BBB and Yelp reviews about them. Something I should have done. Their reputation is well documented and unfortunately not dissimilar to our experience. More

Kyle was the salesman and he was awesome, he treated us like we were family, and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. We got a great deal here for my car and I am very happy with it. Kyle was honest with us and made the process very easy. The test drive was also longer than your normal test drive and I really got a feel of how the car felt a drove. Kyle even called us today to check in on how the car was which is awesome and he told us not to hesitate to get back in contact with them if we need anything! I would definitely go back to Kyle to buy another car! If your looking for someone who is down to earth, will treat you like your family, is a family man, and is very honest then Kyle is your guy! In addition Sinbad in financing made the finance aspect of the purchase very simple and fast, it didn't drag on and felt easier then usual! If I had any question he had no problem explaining it and was very nice about it. More
