I found a car repair place that actually takes the time to find out what is wrong with your car. These guys actually listen to you when you explain whats wrong not look at you like you have two heads. Th to find out what is wrong with your car. They fix the immediate problems you are having and provided you with a list of things that should be done for when you have more time and more cash. Actually they give you a lot of good info. I found Amaral because I was looking for a specific vehicle (a red Ford Ranger.) They were a bit of a distance from my house, but I went there anyway. Once there, they were exceptional. The first person I spoke with was Louis, one of their employees. He was courteous, pleasant and professional. He took me out for my test drive. I then decided to buy the truck, and he initially started the process, and then I worked with Neil regarding financing and next steps. I feel that Neil is an example of what customer service and a dealership should represent. He was helpful, informative, and attentitve. I felt like I was his only customer while working with him. Never once did I feel as though I was getting a bad deal. Because it is a family business, I was also introduced to his family members, which made it feel like I was not being taken advantage of. I have to say that in the past, my experiences with car dealers have not been positive. I would never have written a review for any others that I have worked with. Picking up the truck was easy, although I was able to get a ride to pick up, they offerered transportation pickup from the local train station. Additionally, I purchased an extended warranty, which I recently had to utlize. I did not have the paperwork available, I called them and within minutes they faxed me what I needed. Further to that, they followed up with a phone call to ensure that my needs were taken care of (and at the same time asked how myself and my husband were doing.) All in all, a wonderful experience. I have told friends and business associates about the experience. There is no doubt in my mind that I would make a future purchase at Amaral. More

Below is the reason is to why I have given Amaral such a great rating: I just purchased a 1995 Saab 900SE which needed to be repaired. I met with Dave the service manager and explained what I wanted. David got back to me and explained what I needed and gave me an estimate. After reviewing the estimate and what had to be done, David provided a detailed explanation of what was important to repair. He followed up and let me know what was being done through the whole process. Needless to say, my car looks and runs great! I also like to say Shawn Gallagher and Nelson Ramirez are not only great mechanics but great guys as well! The whole service team is well eqipped to handle any situations that might come up.
