This is the second BWM I've purchased from Amaral and can't believe how simple they make the process. The cars are excellent, I didn't even test drive the second BMW knowing it was in excellent shape. I can't believe how simple they make the process. David the Service Manager impressed me with his knowledge and understanding of BMW's and I would argue equal to that of a fully branded BMW Service Center. Their service center is out of my way but will make a point to return there when the cars need service. Worth the extra trip. More

The BMW I purchased has been in their service dept for 6 months straight. At no time was a loaner car offered even though I kept asking for one , Manny Amaral kep saying that they don't have enough plates. How convenient that he and his sons drive with dealer plates and a customer is left with nothing. Once they have your money they really don't care about you. Don't let them con you. If you need a reliable car please save yourself the aggravation and money, go to a real dealership. More

I needed a window switch replaced - David took me in right away, said it would cost $90 and take one hour. It took 1/2 hour and he only charged me $67. This is a service type review: Whenever I drop off my car in the week during my normal working hours whether I have some electronic module serviced or down to a simple oil change....Mike has always been car in the week during my normal working hours whether I have some electronic module serviced or down to a simple oil change....Mike has always been very prompt in getting me to work. If they are out of cars to lend, you will get door to door service, and on time, that's even better! The huge car dealers has nothing on Amaral. Mike has never had any delayed reservations about taking me to work which makes me feel very welcome. And, you're gonna hear some cool tunes too and if interested the best seafood restraurants to check out on the east coast.
