I love this car and babied it since I've owned it in 2008, so I wouldn't bring this car in to any shop. I'm familiar with the quality of high-end vehicles Amaral has on their lot. I had a good feeling that what they are selling gets looked at with a fine toothed comb. Well, they babied my Saab just the same and I will never tire from talking to a gentleman such as Manny. You will not find a more honest, straight talking service manager than this. Not to mention the quick turnaround time and the masterful detailing my car got - inside and out !! A Class Act Let me start by saying that Neil Amaral was personally recommended to me by a very trusted friend who is passionate about cars. I stopped by to see a particular car that had the exact color scheme I was looking for. I was allowed to freely test drive the car with no pressure and was welcomed by a big smile from the nice lady at the front desk. I spoke with Manny after returning the car from the drive and there was no pushing whatsoever on the sale. I called up Neil days later to discuss the details of the vehicle, and he was with me every step of the way. Neil accommodated my schedule by helping to do everything possible over the phone at my pace. The following weekend, Neil once again accommodated my personal schedule to finalize the transaction, (it was early morning before his shop was open, the cleaning crew was still washing and buffing the floors!) . He gave me a fantastic value on my trade in and a very fair price on the chosen vehicle. The whole process took only about an hour and a half -- but that's only because I lost track of time exchanging personal stories about our families, hobbies, and upbringing. Otherwise, it probably would have been done in half of that time. Manny came by and chatted with us as well. The family ambience is prevalent; both gentlemen were incredibly personable and professional, and reminded me of my own family. Like most things, I take advice from people I trust to help me make decisions. Having been referred to Neil by a trusted friend, and after having gone through a purchase at his shop, I have already told a few family members about how great the experience was at Amaral.
