I finally met Neil after our phone conversation, reference my interest in purchasing a 2008 Mercedes Benz, C350. Upon his introduction and inquiries about my trip to his dealer ship, he inquired if I would like to have a cup of coffee, water or soda. Not wanting anything to drink, I was told please have a seat, he will bring the car around, for my visual inspection and test drive. The car was driven into the company parking lot, i was escorted to the vehicle handed the keys and told take my time, inspect the vehicle at my leisure, when satisfied notify him and we will take a test run. What struck me most about Neil was his no hassle method of approach, and the way I was made to feel at ease. Test run completed, we moved to lhis office. During our negotiations, I saw a truly compassionate, caring, thoughtful and honest individual. Everything flowed so smoothly, i could not believe I was about to make a big investment and feel so comfortable doing it, considering how I felt before arriving at Amaral. Neil is a gentleman and a true professional. I must add being retired military after 22yrs, Neil was outstanding. Side bar, met his entire family during the process, Kudos to his parents and his borther. I would highly recommend Amaral Auto Sales. More

This happens to be my second purchase in a year from Amaral auto, I dread thinking about buying a car because it could be an all day event, but not here. Both times Neil did as much as he possibly could over the phone to limit the time spent at the dealer. With my wife and I having to keep a 3 year old entertained, Neil and his family were extremely understanding and embracing of our sons energy. Great atmosphere, quick turnover, and honest people is why I would highly recommend Amaral auto to anyone who's looking for a car. More

Excellent Customer Service and Follow-up I was extremely impressed with the service and follow-up at Amaral. I had taken my Jeep there because I was having trouble starting it. I brought my car to the service center without an appointment and Dave (Service Manager) was extremely friendly and accommodating. He said he could keep my car there overnight and check it in the morning to see if they could find the issue. The following morning I received a call from Manny letting me know what the issue was and he walked me through the work that needed to be done, including the price. I was expecting it would be fairly pricey because of the amount of work that needed to be done, but I was pleasantly surprised with the moderate price. They worked on my car and later that afternoon, I received a follow-up call from Dave letting me know my car was ready for pickup. He also informed me there were some additional things that the mechanic had noticed when looking at my car, which would likely need attention in the future. I greatly appreciated Dave's honesty in letting me know about the other issues they found and was pleasantly surprised that he was not pushing me to have the work done immediately. When I picked up my car Manny was nice enough to write down everything that Dave had discussed with me on the phone, so that I was aware of what needed to be fixed for the future. My car has been working perfectly ever since. A couple of weeks after I picked up my car, I received a courtesy call from Amaral to follow-up on the service and see how my car was working. I spoke with Neil and he was extremely friendly, just as Dave and Manny had been previously. It is obvious through my interactions with Dave, Manny and Neil that customer service is extremely important to everyone at Amaral Auto Sales. I have had my Jeep for about 7 years and have always taken it to the service center at the dealership where I originally purchased the car. Although I have been a long-time customer and so have several of my family members, I never received the kind of service there as I did at Amaral. I plan to take my car to Amaral for service going forward and have already referred them to my family/friends. They repaired my car quickly and were extremely friendly and accommodating. It's extremely difficult to find that kind of service today and it's something that I definitely value. THANKS!! More

(buying cars have always scary for me.. and I always just bought what daddy said to).. Luckily I ran into Neil, Manny and the whole staff at Amaral.. I walked into the doors a little apprehensive but the young woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and calmed my nerves.. There were quite a few cars on the lot I was interested in and I was able to talk directly to Neil that same day.. It's nice talking directly to the General Manager.. Neil chatted with us all the way passed closing time so I decided to do some more research on the website on the cars I might have been interested in.. A day or two later I walked into Amaral and was able to test drive the cars I found online right away and once again Neil stayed passed closing time to go over my options.. The next day I called to let him know what car I wanted and he walked me through buying the car the day after.. He even threw in that he would paint the bumper to make me even more happy.. His Dad Manny also wonderful!.. I ended up trading in my BMW that just wouldn't start and Manny came to my complex to see the vehicle and towed it out for me once the I decided to buy the car at Amaral.. I just received a call from them yesterday to schedule a time to paint the bumper.. GREAT SERVICE and FAMILY ATMOSPHERE!.. thank you everyone at Amaral :) More
