Thank you for giving me the opportunity plus a variety of vehicles to choose from for my first new vehicle purchase. During my couple of weeks of searching I visited and contacted a total of four GMC dealer vehicles to choose from for my first new vehicle purchase. During my couple of weeks of searching I visited and contacted a total of four GMC dealerships. My Alpine contact, Glirsa, is a young and newer employee, however, that didn't discourage my buying experience b/c she was attentive, prompt with any questions I had, always followed up in a timely manner and if she didn't know or have all the answers she was quick to research and provide the information to me. Glirsa even remembered my son's name from our initial visit. Nice work! The other staff were hospitable as well as welcoming during the buying experience. Much appreciated! More

I was not happy due to me having 20,000 miles on my 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 Diesel I took it in as my right front headlight had water in it causing it to flicker and was giving me error message in my dash say GMC Sierra 3500 Diesel I took it in as my right front headlight had water in it causing it to flicker and was giving me error message in my dash say right front front indicator failure thinking since I have an extended warranty on it that it would be covered wrong they wanted $2,500 to replace it saying it’s part of the exterior part of the vehicle so it’s not under warranty so be careful about a extended warranty when they tell you it’s bumper to bumper it’s not.
