My overall experience was almost perfect. Discussed and agreed on sale price of my trade in and lease terms all on the phone.My discussions with finance were short and to the point. You volunteered to deliver my car and saved me the chore of two hours plus of driving. However no one can be perfect. In discussing your delivery associate, I asked if he would be able to program my garage door opener to the car and was assured he could and would. Surprise-the car is not so equipped and Don did not realize it. In my first response to your survey, I inquired if that feature could be sdded now, and if so, what was the cost? The other dealer I decided to talk to spent 2 days messing around showing me cars I did not want, even after I said very clearly that I had a specific car style/color/options selected and I wanted to complete a deal immediately. I was sent a return email stating that someone would be contacting me to confirm my service appointment. I never received a call. I went to call the 800 number on the email but it was disconnected.I contacted the dealership. I spoke with Brian who was a service advisor. I told him my story. He apologized and took my information and setup the appointment. The next day I arrived for my appointment. Brian met me and took my information.I was just there for a oil change for my CTS. They got me in and out fairly quickly. I was asked about the quality service provided. I filled out a survey outlining the below story. I was immediately contacted by Allen Management. They were concerned about the computer issue. The true test of service is what a company does when things dont go as planned. Allen Cadillac shows genuine concern about the quality of service their customer receive. They use feedback from customers to take corrective action if need to promote continous improvement in their operation. Quality of service at Allen Cadillac is their highest mission. I live in Orange I have other dealer options closer to my house, but i will be making the drive to Allen because I feel its the best dealer in the area. More
Even though I was a little early for the appointment, Brian checked me in and got the first service for my SRX underway. I brought the car in because there was a problem with the radio connecting with the blue tooth. It wouldn't stay paired. Kyle was very helpful and courteous. When he talked with the mechanic about the prob radio connecting with the blue tooth. It wouldn't stay paired. Kyle was very helpful and courteous. When he talked with the mechanic about the problem, the mechanic was aware of what the problem was and recommended a new radio for the car. The new radio is working beautifully and even the sound is so much better. I am truly amazed at the wonderful service I have gotten from Allen so far. Hopefully it will always be so, and I can drive a Hyundai forever because I love my new car. Thank you for changing the radio it makes a world of difference. Joyce Anderson More
