We were very happy to give Jeff his first sale at this dealership and they gave us a screaming deal. Jeff sold Cadillac's long ago, and now is back. I did most of the leg work over the internet with Cameron Allen and drove 90 miles south to buy the car. I can't believe this vehicle was on the lot for so long, it is my dream Buick. John in finance gave us the best experience we have had dealing with the numbers from any dealership in the past. He is a straight shooter without the fluff and gave us many options we did not think about, he really seems to care and it showed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase any vehicle they are selling. My hats off to the entire staff. Thanks again Jeff, Cameron, Don and John. Short story is that if you want to work with a responsive, low pressure, straight forward, customer-focused group of people, this is the place to visit. Here are the details. We saw a car online that was of interest to us. Because we live out of town decided to give contact the dealership to learn more. The internet sales manager, Cameron Allen, was extremely helpful. He was professional and polite and responded to our inquiry promptly, and gave us very honest answers to our questions. When I called him on the phone to ask if the car looked as new as it did in the photos, he took the time to walk out look it over and come back with an assessment of it. Other dealers I spoke with simply gave me some line about the high standards of their pre-owned inventory. We drove from Northern San Diego county to Laguna Niguel to see the car. Cameron met us and all that we were told about the quality of the car was true. Because we had interest in the car he introduced us to one of their sales people, Mark Willey. His sales style was low pressure, credible and honest. We test drove the car and went home to think about it and compare it to others we were considering. During the week a few questions came up about the car. Mark understood that my work week was busy and although he had my mobile phone number responded to my questions by e-mail (as requested). He was extremely responsive and here to help. No pressure, not hassle, just out to see if he can help a person find a car that works for them. The negotiation process was done mostly by e-mail and was basically painless. Unlike other dealerships we had contacted, there was no desire to play games or use hardball negotiation tactics. When it came time to close the transaction he made sure that all of details of the transaction were addressed including a very minor cosmetic repair were done to our satisfaction. More

I just purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at Allen Hyundai through the Costco auto program. The folks at Allen were great to work with. I'm sure you could probably get a slightly better deal if you are willing to spend more time negotiating with multiple dealers but I was not interested in that since I bought during Christmas week. Plus, Allen is only a few miles from my home and I had heard from friends at work who bought there that they were a good place to buy a car. Overall, it was a great experience dealing with the Allen team. I highly recommend anyone to give them a chance if you are in the market for a new Hyundai. By the way, my new Santa Fe Sport is an awesome car! More

My wife and I went to Allen Cadillac to test drive a Sierra 2500 after looking at many other dealerships. We were having a tough time finding exactly what we were looking for at other dealers, but Allen Cadillac had exactlyt what we were looking for. We came to an agreement on price, which was fair for all andpurchased the vehicle. The finance, service, and sales people are all very helpful and knowledgable of their products. On a final note, Cliff Allen, the dealership owner, is avery nice man and was able to find some more incentives to help us purchase our new vehicle, which we love. More

We have been customers at Allen GMC/Cadilac for over 20 years. We have always been treated great and the service is outstanding. We have been loyal to Allen because not only are they a great place to buy a years. We have always been treated great and the service is outstanding. Evidence of their support is prominent at youth and high school sporting events, community fundraisers for charitable organiztions all over South Orange County.
