I was traveling through San Juan Capistrano from Northern California when my vehicle broke down. It was towed to Allens Cadallic. Of course, it broke down on Saturday, when everything was closed. He ask me what happened to the vehiocle and explained the process of fixing it. He told me he would call me back after they ran a diagnostic. Tim called me back very quickly and explained it was the fuel pump. He ordered one and the car was ready on Tuesday. To make matters even better, it was covered by the warranty. Tim made a bad situation much better. Great service and very helpful,friendly people. More

We discussed lease terms and he scribbled a few unintelligent numbers on the back of a worksheet that largely were his attempt to get me to focus on the payment not the numerous. Variables that determine the intelligence of a lease on a 45,000 dollar vehicle... I told him I wanted a written proposal with the lease terms so I could make an educated decision... He was more. concerned that I would take those terms and shop them... So much for putting my interests first! Again I told him that I wanted to SEE THE OFFER TERMS... I was told that the Finance manager would 't offer one without my commitment to buy today... Needless to say I walked out... Hey Ron and your managers at Allen... You are dinosaurs .. And you are losers... I am offended that there are still organizations that treat buyers this way... Oh Sorry I forgot about Wall street. In any. The problem was fixed the same day and the dealer provide a loaner. The car was washed and ready to roll when I picked it up. Service was under warranty, so no charge. What more could I ask? That was a breath of fresh air as other dealers in the area kept giving me payment numbers much higher than I could afford. They did not listen and "did not get my business"! David also took the time to review every line of the contract. Very helpfull. I also stopped by the dealership this Sunday and a very nice young gentleman helped with with the blue tooth and blue link. (forgot his name, says he works with Jim). Ron asked me what I was interested in, and showed me around, comparing vehicles, honestly describing each vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure. He knew his product, described it to me in detail, and proceeded to answer all my questions. He was honest, respectful and knowledgable. I have a history with this dealership for a reason! Service is beyond compare, friendly people with a desire to keep the good name and reputation a cut above! I highly recommend Allen Cadillac, GMC. More
I took my new Hyundai Genesis in for its first service and I was totally impressed with the professionalism that I was shown during my visit.
