We spoke with Cameron Allen a few times and then made our way down to the dealership. Peter then took over for the internet department and showed us the car we saw online as well as a few other options - with NO pressure! We were not ready to buy that day but were SURE we would return to Allen. When ready we did return to Allen and were offered a deal on an ATS by Peter and Cameron that almost sounded too good to be true - but it was true! They were very helpful and upfront about ALL costs and we made a deal. We then worked with John on financing and had an amazing experience as well! They were ALL so friendly and helpful. They even put up with us shopping with a newborn and a 3 year old in tow. They didn't skip a beat or get irritated at the excitement of my 3 year old. I would recommend Allen to anyone looking for a friendly, no pressure, professional car buying experience! We couldn't be happier! More

The whole experience was easy, friendly and NO pressure! We made our decision and went in to finance with John, who also made our experience great, along with entertaining our daughter with crafts to do while we finished the paperwork. All of the "old school" haggeling was eleminated and I felt good about making the purchase. This was the first time that I actually had purchased a vehicle at Allen; only had my vehicles serviced working with Dan Vega. But because of the service quality that I received each time I decided to make the new purchase. It really says a lot about a dealership when you see the same sales/service people come out to greet you year after year. And of course I have to mention Mike and how painless he made all of the paper work and the monthly payments not so difficult. More

Halfass attitude What started out as a good experience went bad. I was refereed to Allen from USAA because I am military retired. Bought a used 2010 Sierra 2500HD. The What started out as a good experience went bad. I was refereed to Allen from USAA because I am military retired. Bought a used 2010 Sierra 2500HD. The truck had issues from the get go but I was assured that the issues could and would be resolved. Because of a reoccurring issues with the tire pressure system, I pulled the service history. Low and behold this truck had a long history of the same issue. I then began to wonder about other concurrent problems. After a month of back and forth I finally had a meet with Cliff Allen to discuss all of the issues with the vehicle. I also explained to him that my trust with the service department was minimal by now. He assured me that all issues would be resolved and he would personally be in the loop during the process. I picked up the vehicle and was told that the written list of issues, per Allen's request, was complete and that the reoccurring tire system was functioning correctly. To my dismay not all issues that were outstanding were not all resolved but I was told were repaired. I then called the sales rep and he asked me to call Cliff Allen himself. I called but had to leave a message. I still have not heard a word. Would I buy again from Allen? Only new and at the best price around. Belay that. If I did I would be an idiot. Would I ever have my GMC serviced by Allen? Defiantly not. As with dealers these days they seem to like your money but forget you as a customer soon after. Allen's management style reflects this attitude at the customer expense. I was understanding and accommodating from day one. Yeah it’s a used truck but Allen promised to fix the existing issues. They lied. I couldn't even get a printed manual or a spare key fob. I am waiting for the tire monitor system to fail again. Buyers/service customers beware. More

All the way through, Matt Symes was very patient and accommodating. He answered every question and never applied any pressure. I got a good, fair price and I love the car. Overall the experience felt more like friends talking things over versus an antagonistic one where you come away exhausted. Matt the Sales Manager was also very nice and accommodating. And John in Finance as well. This is my second CTS and I bought them both from Allen. It'll be awhile before I'm ready for another new car but when it is time I'll be stopping at Allen first and hopefully Matt Symes will be there. More
