Rod Foster is THE MAN! I just purchased my second car from Allen Cadillac and from Rod Foster. Rod has worked at the dealership for almost 40 years and started off as a lot I just purchased my second car from Allen Cadillac and from Rod Foster. Rod has worked at the dealership for almost 40 years and started off as a lot boy. He came in on his day off both times I bought a car from him and has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with my car. Car guys get a bad rap but Rod is very trustworthy and a good guy. I will continue to purchase cars from him. My bro has had the same experience with Rod and is about to purchase car #2 as well. More

What a great way to purchase a new car!!! This is the second SRX I have purchased at "Allen Cadillac". Mark LaVally and Cameron Allen are the most wonderful gentlemen to work with. We discussed my needs, safety features and for the "girly" in me the color, and just like Magic, the gorgeous vehicle was ready for me to pick up!!! John in Finance was a breeze to work with. What is a service appointment for? Went online on Monday for an appointment. The next available one was Thursday. the time was 11:30am. Arrived on time and was greeted promptly by se Went online on Monday for an appointment. The next available one was Thursday. the time was 11:30am. Arrived on time and was greeted promptly by service advisor. He asked what was wrong and I advised that the transmission seemed sluggish and did not seem to perform like my other 2 Hyundai's and just wanted to check it out. He told me the transmission department was backed up, with many service people going to lunch and asked if I would leave it overnight. Then he said he would definitely get it diagnosed today and would not be able to fix anything if there was a problem. And, oh by the way, there was an airbag recall that he wasn't sure if that could be fixed today. What is the purpose of an appointment that takes three days to secure and requires you to leave the car overnight to be diagnosed? Obviously the appointment system is NOT for the customers benefit. Good thing the cars are good and rarely require service. I need to find an alternate dealer for service. I own THREE Hyundai's all purchased within the last year. If I had known about the service response and delays I would have gone somewhere else. More

Excellent buying experience I received great service from the moment I pulled up on the lot.
