Easiest used car purchase. I located a used Dodge Charger online at Allen Cadillac/GMC. When I arrived, Elise introduced me to Jon Wesley Nelson in Sales. Jon showed me the vehicle, and took me on a test drive. We talked numbers a bit. I mentioned that I would like to grab a bite to eat and that I would contact him in the afternoon. Of course, they wanted to close a deal before I left, but Jon was not pushy. I called them back a couple hours later (after getting the OK from the boss - my wife). They had the paperwork ready to sign when I got there around 5:30. It took less than a half hour to complete the transaction. The finance guy (can't remember his name) offered add-ons, but was not pushy about them. They put some gas in the car, and gave it a wash. Just what you'd expect from a high-end auto dealer! Auto Club told me they had an auto-buying plan. Within minutes of calling their rep, I received a call from Kelley Miller, fleet manager. I knew what I wanted--a white diamond SRX on a certified 36-mo lease. I could see her head spinning. She excused herself for a minute. When she returned, she told me she had exactly what I wanted. She picked me up the next day to test drive the SRX. When we reached the dealership, she escorted me through financing, and then introduced me to some key people, should I need help or have questions. I then drove my new SRX off the lot. The whole process took roughly two hours total. The credit goes to Kelley. We immediately had rapport, her manner was professional, and I felt confidant that she had my best interest in mind. And, she quickly delivered. We covered a world of information, and she made it fun. What an asset she must be to you.! Kudos to Kelley. And, good job, Allen. I've purchased two of my three Cadillacs from Allen and have always been treated with the upmost respect. Thank you. More

Then I was able to continue working while they put the financing together and made the truck ready for me to take home, so when I actually walked into the dealership all I had to do was sign papers and walk out with my Brand New Truck!!!
