The best Car Purchase experience This will be brief, but there is a much longer story. I bought my first GM car used (Mistake to buy from CarMax, just awful) about a year ago. 4 Weeks after purchase, I started having problems. A Dealership, supposedly, fixed my concerns after they had it for 4 weeks. Well, not fixed, I took it back and again they said it was fixed after they had it for another 4 weeks. Nothing was fixed! I was advised to try Allen Cadillac, where they only had my car for a few days and all but 1 issues was fixed. The 1 issue they could not duplicate at that time. I finally called GM customer service to see if they could just get my "xxxx" car fixed. They said no, but they would do some research. They called back after 2 weeks and said they would buyback my car. I was confused, but very happy. I went to Allen Cadillac first to look at replacement vehicles and found one that I liked. after a couple months, I finally got OK from GM to go get the car, Mike Leydon and Eric Tourbin were the best, I cannot explain in words how awesome they were with helping me. The personal service they provided and they kindness they gave was like I have never seen at a dealership before. I am 45 and this is my 9th car purchase, and again, never bought GM before. I will never buy any other car than GM, and only from Allen Cadillac, now. The whole GM process was stress free and very diligent. My many thanks to Allen Cadillac and General Motors. More
Bait and Switch - Oral offer not honored Drove 1000 miles, spent 15 hours in the car, 3 tanks of gas and a hotel room later this place failed in the most incompetent way I can think of. I sent the dealership the lease info on the car I was trading in so they could do their job. The problem is they have no idea how to do that. They quoted me a price which got me in the car to put myself and my wife out one of our days off to make this supposedly exciting new purchase. We got within 10 minutes of the dealership or about 7 hours into our drive and Matt calls us and says he made a mistake and quoted us a deal based on our residual value of our lease. Basically this is the price that the car is worth to buy at the end of the lease, which wasn't the case and they knew that. After the call we turn around and start driving back. After calling and complaining to GM, we get a call from the general sales manager Jeff. He basically scolded me for thinking they were stupid enough to make a deal like this. That our trade was going to cost 5k more then what they had quoted me. I had sent them all the info for them to do their job of checking the payoffs and things like that. I've purchased a number of cars in my life and nowhere have I been where they work up a full deal without knowing what the pay off is on the car. They only called the leasor after they knew we were 10 minutes away even though it had been well over 36 hours since the start of the deal???? All in all I just don't buy that a sales person and a sales manager failed to do their job until the deal was eminent. They knew they had two people that made good money, lived in a nice area, when they realized they could juice us for more money. It wasn't until after we sent the financial paperwork in did they realize they had two people that could afford to pay extra and after putting all that time in would be emotionally tied to the deal that we would just pay extra, which they could pocket. Stay far far far away from these guys. More

These vehicles are hard to come by but he made it happen and with 5 Star service. Would absolutely buy from Allen/Matt again! More

Very Pleasant Experience My experience with the dealership started more than 5 months ago. A friend of ours that works in the service department (DanVega) referred us to John My experience with the dealership started more than 5 months ago. A friend of ours that works in the service department (DanVega) referred us to John Clune as we were looking at possibly purchasing a vehicle to replace my wife's 11 year old Chevy Suburban. At that point we were unsure on exactly what we wanted but were looking at used Escalades. We came by the dealership and test drove a used escalade. I was sold on buying a used vehicle. John continued to follow up for 4 months as my wife and I finally came to the decision to purchase a new Yukon Denali. Once I provided the vehicle and option I wanted John was able to get the vehicle the following day. We decided to do the paperwork the day before delivery. John Clune along with John Armijo were able to beat the financing we had through a credit union, complete the sale contract and trade in my wife's vehicle in less than 2 hours. I surprised the family the following day and picked up the vehicle and drove off. My wife still has a smile on her face. More
