I have been getting my SUVs and trucks serviced at Allen for several years and been more than pleased with my long-time service adviser Tim Bright. Last week, I went to Allen to see if I could make a good deal on a new Yukon Denali. I dealt with Elise Ranauro, Tim Kelly, and Matt Schaefer on the sales side and John Armijo in finance. They made the deal really great (better than any other dealer in Orange County), fast, and professional. They really know their stuff and did not play any of the "dealer games" that people dread. I highly recommend Allen Cadillac GMC in general, and the folks mentioned here in particular! More

We were interested in trading in our 2013 Cadillac ATS lease and getting into a new one. Aaron took care of everything and we were able to show up and do the paperwork without any haggling whatsoever. It was breeze. Maybe that's why we keep going back to Aaron and Cadillac....this is our third car. Aaron and the folks at Allen treat us like rockstars. It was very pleasant and very easy. Thanks very much. MY OFFER WAS TURNED DOWN BY BOSS MAN MARK BECAUSE THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN ON THE LOT 60 DA I SUBMITTED A OFFER ON A 2009 CADILLAC USED THAT WAS FOR SALE. MY OFFER WAS TURNED DOWN BY BOSS MAN MARK BECAUSE THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN ON THE LOT 60 DAYS YET.IT WAS 34 DAYS AT THIS POINT.TO EXCEPT MY OFFER THE CAR HAD TO BE ON THE LOT 60 DAYS.THEN MY OFFER WHICH WAS A GOOD OFFER WOULD PROBABLY WORK HE TOLD ME.60 DAYS FINALLY WENT BY.I CALLED MONDAY NOON AND THE OFFER WAS ACCEPTED.THEY CONGRATULATED ME AND ASK FOR MY I.D AND INSURANCE ALONG WITH THE LETTER FOR FINANCE FROM MY LOCAL CREDIT UNION WITH BUYER INFO... I WAS PRE-APPROVED BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CAR. I FAXED THE PAPERWORK THAT DAY MONDAY AFTERNOON.THEN CALLED THE DEALER TO COMFIRM.PAPERWORK ARRIVED WAS IN GREAT ORDER I WAS TOLD.I WAS LATER CONTACTED BY MY SALESMAN TIM KELLEY. HE TOLD ME SINCE I LIVE 125 MILES AWAY HE WOULD OVERNIGHT THIER PAPERWORK FOR ME TO SIGNED, BUT THE SIGNATURES NEEDED TO HAVE A NOTORY INVOLVED. NO PROBLEM I SAID. EXPECTING THE PAPERS ON WEDNESDAY I WAITED. NO PAPERS SHOWED. I CALLED THE DEALER 4 TIMES TO GET ANSWERS AND NOTHING. AT THIS POINT I'M VERY WORRIED.SO I WAITED TILL THE NEXT DAY. NOTHING. I FINALLY GOT A CALL FROM MY SALESMAN THURSDAY A.M.HE APOLOGIZED AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO DRIVE THE CAR AND THE PAPERWORK TO ME ON FRIDAY AND ALL WAS WELL. DONT WORRY HE TOLD ME. HE SAID I WILL SEE YOU AT NOON FRIDAY WITH YOUR NEW CAR. SO I TOOK THE DAY OFF WORK AND WAITED LIKE A LITTLE KID IN A CANDY STORE. AT 3:30PM THE SALESMAN CALLED. HE TOLD ME THEY SOLD MY CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE ON THURSDAY P.M. FOR MORE MONEY! SNAKES!!! I WAS MAD AS xxxx.THE CAR WAS BOUGHT ON MONDAY BY ME.HOW COULD THIS BE. BOTTOM LINE THEY LIE & DONT CARE. My lease had 6 month to go and I received a very fair offer for a renewal, We spoke on the phone, received satisfactory answers, and in three days got a new car delivered.All questions were answered and I am fully satisfied. I have done all this on the phone, and have never had to visit the dealer.It is the easiest purchase/lease transaction in 66 years of dealing with car dealers. More
