I needed some recall work done on my Mustang. I set up an appointment and when I arrived I was immediately greeted by Liz. I then gave some info to Tatiana and then went to the waiting room and h I set up an appointment and when I arrived I was immediately greeted by Liz. I then gave some info to Tatiana and then went to the waiting room and had some complimentary coffee. I then spoke with Ed for a while about my car, the dealership, and some of the very cool vehicles for sale at All American Ford. I was kept updated on the progress of the work through the messaging system, as well as by Tatiana in person. Before I knew it, the work was done, my car was parked outside, and I was ready to go.
