Hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had At every point throughout the process, Rudy was fabulous. He answered every question we had with a clear and quality answer. He got us a great price for our trade-in - and helped us get a REALLY GREAT price for our new Explorer as well. We went in to today ready to do battle, but quite frankly, outside of the long day that is almost always associated with car buying (it was Black Friday after all and the dealership was hoppin'), it was very pleasant. We told jokes, we laughed - an all around great experience. Thank you, Rudy! I hope to do business again with you in the future. More

not your typical dealership experience I am a very difficult customer when it comes to buying cars. I am in the service business and value other good companies which provide good service. I am a very difficult customer when it comes to buying cars. I am in the service business and value other good companies which provide good service. I walked into the dealership expecting to do battle, but then I met Rudy. Rudy was the first salesperson I worked with who was truly an advocate for me to help me get the best price through the most efficient process. He was very organized and all my calls were answered about 75% of the time, and if he was busy with another customer, all voicemails were returned within 30 minutes (I was expecting to have to call and call). He took care of everything for me, from the plates to the insurance. He also offered two sessions on how to use the Sync system, pair my phone and a general end user training session on the system. It was a totally different experience than I had prior, this was my third Ford vehicle in a row and I left the dealership angry after the last one (I came back because it is a great dealership the salesperson I worked with last time isn't there anymore) and this time I left feeling I got a great car at a good price and was treated very fairly. I get that the dealership needs to make money, but I felt that my overall experience was more important to Rudy than the profit they were going to make off of my transaction. More
Quick Lane - Ken and Shea were great!!! Stopped in at 4:30 on a Friday and they got me right in. Replaced a tire - checked on my tire/wheel coverage and did the oil change, etc. quickly and Stopped in at 4:30 on a Friday and they got me right in. Ease of buying a new car in just hours! After using Tru-Car and getting calls from multiple dealers, we almost went to another dealer. Lucky for us, Brandon called us from All American Ford After using Tru-Car and getting calls from multiple dealers, we almost went to another dealer. Lucky for us, Brandon called us from All American Ford and told us to come in and that we wouldn't be disappointed. We took his advice and Rudy Porter was the sales consultant that worked to get us the Ford Fusion that I wanted. Based on price alone, we almost headed to the competition. Rudy worked with his manager and they put together as good a deal as we would have had to travel for. I wasn't concerned with color, I just wanted certain features in my new car and Rudy made sure they found a car that fit the bill. I'm thrilled with my White Ford Fusion and I'll be returning to see Rudy after my new smart phone is delivered. He's going to sync it in my new car so I'll have all the new technology there is. Service with a Smile My tire light indicator went on. Got into the shop at 5:30 and was out in an hour. Not only were the tires checked but I got my 6 month oil change and My tire light indicator went on. Got into the shop at 5:30 and was out in an hour.
