Great deal, average customer service UPDATE: The dealer was supposed to apply for Ford Credit U incentive. I contacted For Motor Company to ask the status of the application and they said UPDATE: The dealer was supposed to apply for Ford Credit U incentive. I contacted For Motor Company to ask the status of the application and they said they haven't received anything from the dealer. 15 days they can't submit a xxxx application. Terrible. This was my first lease/new car and I knew I wanted to make a deal with all American based on their rating on this website. I went to Quality Auto Mall first and received a verbal quote from them. I then went to all American and told them to match or do better. And they sure did better. Can't beat the deal. The one complaint I have about the deal itself was they tried to convince me to put down a $1000 as a security deposit. Everyone and their mother knows that's a hefty security deposit. After the deal is why I rewarded All American with 3 stars. They lose a star because of the below average communication post deal. I was supposed to receive the car on a certain date and they kept pushing it until the following Monday. They claim it was due to the other dealer they were receiving the car from (Dana) but I would prefer them being upfront and say that it will take 6 days to receive the car instead of a few like they claimed. So that subtracts a star in my book. At the time of the deal I met with a financial manager and was turned off a bit. I showed that I was a student at a full time school but they applied the $500 incentive after the deal instead of including it at signing. Now I have to wait god knows how long for ford credit to send me a check. Minus a star again brings us down to 3. If you want a great deal, this is the place to go. Just keep in mind to buy a tylenol for the headache afterwards. Employees were great, just confusion and lack of communication was present. More
Service For my Ford Explorer Drove in with out an appointment, for my usual oil change and a wiper blade change, I also had an issue with the back seat not connecting to the base. I showed Amparo Klawans, a Service Advisor and she said I will look at it when I check your mileage. She ask me to come and show her, she sowed me and explained that you need to pull the Strap Hard, as sometimes these stick. Wow she fixed it and now I feel safe with my daughter strapped in the car seat, over this seat. She is an Excellent Service Advisor, very helpful and the time on my service was very quick. More
