This was my 4th dealership that day, trying to decide on a lease. I had my heart set on a Honda CRV. I went to All Amercian Ford to look at the Edge and met Patrick. Jim Payne, force of personality and good manners charmed and encouraged me to see the way toward a car they were expecting in the following week that met the specifications even at the higher price. My salesperson (Steve Martino) was informative, patient and as friendly and forthcoming as it's possible to be. In the business office Richard Fernandez made the experience of signing a sheaf of papers understandable and relaxing. I'll be shocked if the service department doesn't live up to the high standards of everyone I dealt with on my visit. Lastly, I love the Fusion I was sold (I have been a GM person my whole life!), and can't imagine how a car buying experience could have gone any better. I'd also like to add that the Ford website is a dynamite tool for gathering information before you make a decision to buy. More
